- 5 stars, 12 Dec 2025: The entire process, from booking via WhatsApp to communicating with the technician upon arrival, went very smoothly. It was a friend's recommendation, and this was my first time using this company. I'm very grateful to the UJJal technician for their thorough cleaning; they also carefully protected the work area and explained a lot about using air conditioning. Previously, my company charged an extra 10 dollars for disassembling the air duct, but the UJJal technician disassembled and cleaned it for free. Highly recommended!

- 5 stars, 3 Feb 2025: I never thought my aircon was so dirty but after they cleaned it looks like brand new, I have called others to clean my aircon before, but they never suggested this services to me. Ucool was recommended by my friend, Ujjal and Fan are done a very good job, I washed 3 aircon in 3 hours and it cost me $350, it is worthy, I like their services, thumb 👍

If late for half an hour im able to understand , but the technicians are late for almost an hour . I had to work also! Anyways, please dont book for their services, there are other options with better aircon company .

- 5 stars, 31 Aug 2022: Very easy to book, yesterday booked and two technician come today on time..my Aircon is getting cold now, they took out the blower and fixed back after Wash, this is really working and I have not seen other Aircon contractor washing that before. It makes the wind strong and smells better, I decided to sign the contract with them, hope they can keep it up..
