- 5 stars, 7 Aug 2026: Professional service and did it after midnight. No rush and clean
- 5 stars, 7 Mar 2026: Super professional and friendly, did a very thorough job with curtain cleaning (on site option) and deep floor cleaning. They are definitely one of the best in the market price wise and service offered. Big thank you to Bobby and LG for their help!!!
- 5 stars, 12 Dec 2025: I’ve tried a few cleaning company (same field) and this is the best so far. Service is good and yet affordable. Max and Daniel are very patient and sharp. They don’t cut back on cleaning hard to reach places! I have already recommended a few of my friends to try them out; you should too!
- 5 stars, 1 Jun 2025: We contracted Ultimo to do a deep clean of our bathrooms and kitchen. Thank you to Bobby and LG for a thorough and professional service. Definitely now our first call for future cleaning work.
- 5 stars, 19 Mar 2025: Excellent service and reasonable pricing across the market. Highly recommended!
- 5 stars, 26 Nov 2024: Engaged them to clean the sofa and they came with not one but two industrial size machines. The technicians were so hard at work for more than an hour and the sofa looked as good as new. Price was also much more affordable than the market rate. Was also advised in future if we are engaging cleaning services to check if the machines used are those industrial ones and not home use handheld types.
- 3 stars, 17 Oct 2024: The service is good but the cleaning does not meet the expectations. It looks the same before I cleaned it. The staff claimed that the bed material was an issue. Not sure how credible it is. However, the technician was serious in cleaning the stains so we gave him a snack to thank him.
- 5 stars, 29 Feb 2024: This is the 2nd time (2022)we have used Ultimo (once before covid), and once again they did a terrific job. Both Evan and Faz did a great job on our 3&2seater fabric sofa , which now looks brand new and the super single mattress , which looked cleaner though they did say the stains could not be removed( we realised the material had aged). They are polite, punctual and very responsive to all queries. Will definitely call them again 😊 To update: we just got Ultimo to do our children’s s-single mattresses (2024), and not only was the quality maintained, service impeccable with knowledgeable staf
- 5 stars, 27 Nov 2023: Prompt and efficient. Stark difference in the mattress condition. Worth it!
- 5 stars, 11 Mar 2023: Well done cleaning on my car and chair ! Awesome job by Ultimo team
