Was recommended to Unishades and had plenty of concerns about how best to proceed with the project. Bob was patient and accommodating to meet my many rounds of customisation; work commencement was prompt upon confirmation. The workers were experienced so the whole process was smooth and painless; they did a good job of removing existing structures and negotiating the many flight of stairs throughout the installation. He is always responsive, gives good suggestions/options, v reasonably priced and is obviously v experienced in all areas of construction. Bob has been negotiable and accommodating throughout my time of engaging his company, I’m counting my blessings!

I want a place to store water to water my plants and they install this pipe for me! PERFECT! And they design the shelter such that to make sure the water do not get to my neighbour’s place. Very thoughtful indeed… thank you very much! Highly recommended.
- 2 stars, 11 Sep 2021: Installed outdoor roller blinds and shelter in December 2020. All was well - work was done promptly, as promised. Sales person was really good (unfortunately he is no longer working with Uni Shades). Eight months later, the wire guide cable which guides the roller blind started to fray. Uni Shades changed one side. However a couple of weeks later, the other side also frayed. They then strangely quoted me $250 to repair this, saying "things will get spolit after use, can't be alright forever". It seems, to me, illogical to use the "wear and tear" argument.
