- 1 stars, 19 Jul 2026: We felt disappointed with this maid agency. We employed 2 helpers from this agency. But until today , still give us a headache. No respect, don't follow instructions, threw tantrum, listen the friends too much and even quietly keep 2 phones themselves. Usually we kept her phone during her working. She will use her phone 8-10pm. Who knew recently we noticed she got another phone in the toilet. After we found out, she's telling lies... we will not recommend friends to employ helper from this agency.

The apartment looked immaculate when they were done, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the service. I would like to give a special commendation to agent Charlotte for her great service and coordination. The cleaning crew made the whole handover process much less stressful. Will use them again!
