- 1 stars, 13 Sep 2026: Very bad customer service managing complains. I lodge a complain on the helper who causes scratches on my toilet bowl. The agent said I could submit the quotation to them for full refund. As it took a while for me to get quotation for the fixes, they mention will close the ticket and I could re open again once I got the quotation. But after I got the quotation , The agents said could not find the history log ! Ridiculous! Then one agent finally said can find but they couldn’t honoured the full refund for the fixes! Only do partial refund for the services fee. Super disappointed and unhappy wit

What I appreciate most is her positive attitude and how she carries out her work with care and sincerity. She is reliable, respectful, and takes pride in doing a good job.
