- 1 stars, 13 Sep 2026: Paid $400 to fix my fridge with a replacement of a pump (or motor, can't recall), but was not working in 1 month & 1 week exactly after the repair. They tell me their whole team was on a trip for a week or so and all my freezer items was spoilt and they insisted on charging diagnosis & transport fee because it was out of warranty which was 1month. The fridge broke down in the same exact manner (electronics working, except it was not cold), so it was the same issue but they refuse to extend their support.
