In January 2023, the technician came to check my Sony Bravia TV because of a blinking red light issue. He insisted on taking the TV and the original remote control to his workshop. He returned the TV a week later, admitting he had completely lost my original Sony remote control. To make matters worse, the TV only worked for two days before failing with the exact same blinking red light problem. Because of urgent personal family matters, we had to travel frequently to India right after this and could not follow up imm

They took my 55" LG UHD TV(7years old) to replace the motherboard and return it 3days later without any new damages. Highly recommend TV service from this small company. Will be calling them again related to TV.

However, this technician accepted the challenge and successfully repaired it. The repair took about two weeks and was a little pricey, but it was worth it. He did not even bother plugging the TV into the power outlet, turning it on, or opening up the back. There are zero physical cracks on the screen glass, making it completely impossible to diagnose a dead panel with a quick glance.
