- 5 stars, 20 Dec 2025: We had an emergency toilet situation (it wouldn’t flush) in the morning and by noon, it was all fixed thanks to the people from this company. A month before, we made the mistake of contacting some random plumber who left their magnet at our door (guys, NEVER DO THIS - always google and check, don’t rely on cheap magnets) - they made a mess of our system and charged us hundreds of dollars. In contrast, this company was upfront about the cost even after having looked at a few reference photos, and stuck to it even after they came on site (some plumbers will come and tell you oh it’s actually $x

Thank you!
