Although I was told that someone would contact me to discuss the details, the call did not take place. Even after I dropped an email to remind her, there was no acknowledgement. Furthermore, no one answer the phone when I called them company line. Disappointed.

He was very responsive and detailed in his explanations throughout my entire engagement with Vision Air. His team of Technicians were punctual, thorough and they displayed great workmanship and professionalism. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Vision Air. Strongly recommended.

Thaddeus who is in charge of the project is always courteous, sincere and patient even when we made so many changes to the appointments. Very professional. The turnaround was very quick. Thaddeus has a very dedicated team who work like precision automation. they know the job very well and can execute it will great skill and speed. We would recommend Vision Air highly to anyone looking a new Aircon or Aircon Service and Maintenance.

Searched online for AC companies working in this CB, saw good Google and Facebook reviews, decided to give VisionAir a try. Easy to make appointment, they were punctual. Met Thaddeus and team. Professional and efficient as they went about diagnosing, testing and executing their work. All the while, Thaddeus was explaining the situation about my AC and offering several options if my old AC continue to malfunction. Very professional and no hard-selling. Two thumbs up.
