- 5 stars, 11 Sep 2026: Huge shoutout to team lead Acin and his crew! They arrived early, understood I needed to move at my booked slot, and waited patiently, even encouraging me to finish before they stepped in. The move was seamless from start to finish: well prepared, brilliant teamwork, zero fuss. Acin spotted our untaped boxes and jumped straight in to help, and the team wrapped every item securely so nothing shifted or got knocked. Heavy, bulky pieces? Handled with total care, not a single bang. True professionals. We've got round two in a fortnight and we're hoping for Acin and his team all over again. These g
- 5 stars, 25 Aug 2026: Very pleased with their service, very professional from the time I first contacted them. Wendy was very helpful in addressing all my questions, and concerns. The guys who helped move our 2 loads to storage were fast , efficient and amazingly packed everything in the storage unit. Fits like a puzzle! Thank you very much VS Movers!
- 1 stars, 17 Aug 2026: Extremely disappointed about this time with poor communication and dishonest/disorganised management. Boxes came less than ordered and arrived super late. Lorries came more than 3 hours late with a forever 5 more min. A constant change of unexpected events. They also didn’t follow the condo rules for pushing and taking down the padding due to stress. We got problem with security and management. Total chaos!!!! Now boxes piled like hell outside the door and got still no response for pickup/refund. Helpless situation.
- 5 stars, 28 May 2026: Very excellent job done by Alvin. He is very professional and experience mover. He also willing to extend extra mile to help us fit in the fridge. Thank you Alvin!
- 5 stars, 2 May 2026: Engaged VS Movers 8yrs ago. Decided to engage them back for moving services again. Their guys are very friendly and helpful. Today’s moving was very smooth and completed within 2hours.
- 2 stars, 30 Apr 2026: Had an awful experience with the movers. While the initial interaction was prompt and the quote and everything was smooth, the actual experience on the day was terrible. They were foul-tempered and mixed up all the cartons. And finally they simply dumped the cartons randomly around the new house and left without as much as opening the wrapping because they claimed to be late. We are now sadly left with mounds of luggage around our house. Very poor service. For reference of VS Movers(owner), the sales form number is 2026272.
- 5 stars, 8 Mar 2026: I had a good service experience with Eugene, Alvin and Jack from start to finish. May move was 7 Mar. They are professional and honest. On time, no overcharge. Thank you guys
- 1 stars, 18 Dec 2025: The guy that came for a deliver had too much off attitude. It looked like he is paying me instead of me paying for movers. Ref 2026466
- 5 stars, 2 Oct 2025: Overdue review Eugene was quick in replying text. Price upfront and transparent. 2 guys came on the day of moving were polite and efficiency. Will recommend and use their service again
