- 5 stars, 11 Jan 2025: I experienced a power trip at about 330am and quickly decided to call for emergency help after a few failed attempts to restart. Despite the unearthly hour, Ah Hua answered the call and arrived at my home within 45 mins. He was quick to identify and isolate the problem, then explaining to me the cause and proposed remedy. I was impressed by his knowledge and problem solving capability despite working in challenging conditions. The problem was quickly resolved and Ah Hua also did a quick technical sweep to ensure that there were no residue risks present. The price presented to me was what I bel
- 1 stars, 21 Jun 2024: Experienced a power trip and couldn’t find anything wrong with the CB box. Called this service for help only for them to lie to us saying there was nothing we could check outside of our unit, so they were making their way down to do a check for us. In the mean time, we managed to find out there in fact was something we could do and we rectified the issue before they reached, and they insisted on charging $40 for trip fee. They also mentioned that even if the main CB outside of the house tripped, they wouldn’t be able to identify the issues, so I’m not so sure what they could have helped with.

- 5 stars, 7 Mar 2023: Had a faulty circuit breaker in the wee hours of morning...Decided to call WH Electrician....Mr Ahuaw came at 5.30am to fixed it...He change the old socket to the new one & he do it fast & calmly....Finally the lights & home can be turned on thanks to him...Pay the service cost (a bit expensive though) through paynow... May I know is there a receipt for this service? Cause he say can be transfer to his paynow...I just want the receipt for future know when i did the service...
- 5 stars, 16 Sep 2022: There were 3 power trips in my house over a 10-day period. Mr Ahuaw came and identified a weak spot in the row of buttons that tripped in the DB Box. He was efficient and knowledgeable and managed to get our auto gate working after some electrical works and also we have no more electricity trips thus far, after he disconnected a wire in the DB Box. He is responsible and responsive when contacted and will return promptly to resolve any electrical issues.
- 1 stars, 16 Feb 2021: Our power tripped and we were unable to get it back up during wee hours. Google brought us to Wan He and we hastily called for help. It took about 50mins for the technician to arrive, understandably given the hour. It took another hour for him to successfully restore power. Even before identifying the issue, he was quick to recommend we change out the whole switch box, because... it was old. This, raised an alarm in my head. During this time, the technician was unfortunately displaying unprofessional service. He was impatient when responding, constantly sighing as he moved around the house to 
- 1 stars, 4 Feb 2021: i think service is OVERPRICED. Replaced the MCB/Isolator (double pole) and replaced the Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (RCCB) and charged $440+ for the services. Based on rates given on Pasir Ponggol Town Council Handyman Services, it should cost around $130+.
