- 1 stars, 3 Sep 2026: The quotation was provided based on lorry loads, and the agreement was made accordingly. A deposit was paid. During the move, the movers stated that they could not load items because all the trolleys they brought had been used. This was the first time they mentioned counting based on trolley usage. Although they acknowledged there was still space in the lorry, they insisted that loading more items would require an additional charge. Same tactic as previously owners encounter as above. It a totally scam to charge owner more money.
- 1 stars, 8 Aug 2026: Very very very horrible experience with their service. They were 3 hours late, and some more only sent 2 men who took over 3 hours to move only half of my belongings. After that, they said they needed to move on to the next customer, so they forced me to pay for the moving and left with only half of the moving job done. In the end, I had to get another mover company to finish the remaining job 2 days later. The sales ppl are very good at getting customers and giving quotation, but it is completely disconnected from the moving team. When I had issue, I couldn’t find any of them to help. This is

Our appointment is supposed to be at 1pm, and the movers only arrived at 5:30pm - with multiple calls to both Xavier and the mover (most of which were not picked up). They only managed to shift the stuff into our condo at 6:40pm and we were then rejected by the security as it is way past the allowed timing for moving. Will not recommend.

Was informed only 10 mins before 1pm that the company lorry has some problems. 2) Pick up was re-scheduled to 3-3.30 pm. There was a no show and no updates from the company and mover until the company had to be directly contacted for updates. 3) After countless calls with no one picking up, whoever it was finally called back but arranged for a 6 pm delivery instead. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE given the time we had to wait with no updates at all from the company until we called. 4) a stand-in mover (other company) had to be
