- 5 stars, 8 May 2026: Bought a second hand oven from Yeobuild and it was a seamless process. From picking the model, to installation and payment, the team was informative and professional. All the things I bought from them also lasted really long for second hand items. Would definitely buy again.
- 1 stars, 29 Sep 2025: BEWARE - gas dryer do not engage Engaged them for gas dryer servicing. Charged $98 for technician to come and check. 5 mins of on the dryer and ok no hot air. He left saying wait for update from office on part quotation. Technician said most common problem is the belt for hot air ventilation broke and need to change. They said it’ll be OEM but no stock. A week later I had to follow up. They said still waiting for stock. Given it’s a common problem, I’ll expect them to restock when low instead of waiting till none?? I asked for advice on whether I should downsize my water heater, which they helped me with. I also sent them a video of where the water heater was located and asked for a quote on how much it would cost for the replacement unit + installation. - 5 stars, 15 Jan 2025: It was my first time engaging Yeobuild's services when our old hob was faulty. Zac was assigned to my service request. Overall, it was a good experience for me by having Zac. I find him very meticulous, knowledgeable and experienced. He checked thoroughly, diagnosed accurately and repaired the hob successfully. Thanks also to Lex and Rose who attended to my calls and helped to answer the many queries that I had concerning cost, warranty, etc.
