- 3 stars, 25 Aug 2026: Picking up day 2-3pm, 130pm no msg or calls, I had to call and check. 4pm then reply will check driver location. Ended up 8pm arrive. Take note about time management. Collected boxes and said 4-6 boxes cannot fit lorry, when in actual fact they didn’t stack properly on most trolley carrying 4-5 boxes only. After further pressing, then they manage to rearrange to 8-9 boxes per trolley. Please use same size boxes to ensure ease of stacking. Fast forward to sending back boxes to new house, same issue, late also. Best part, after dropping all, some boxes are badly damaged and was informed it’s nor

- 1 stars, 17 Jul 2026: Traumatising experience, never again. Irresponsible group of people. Would give zero star but that’s not possible on Google. It was a terrifying experience with the company. From getting called unreasonable by the customer service, having my items lost (a bed and a wardrobe - these are bulky items, idk how they can lose it), received damaged items (bed frame was in good condition before delivery and suddenly there are hole and scratches) and getting ignored by the customer service whenever I ask for updates for my lost items. The movers are really nice tho. Nonetheless, have informed them that
