- 1 stars, 24 Sep 2024: Use at your own risk... Was promised a refund (of part of the) payment if issue was not resolved. Starts off approachable and responsive, but once issue happens and its time for the refund, i barely get any response. 1 year on, I am still chasing for the refund to happen.

However, Ive decided to leave a review so that others can make an informed decision. When taking in my computer due to water damage I did not know what to expect, but Benny said the motherboard was beautiful and he was confident to get it repaired within 1-3 working days. The computer could still be turned on but the screen was blank. I trusted Zapple Repair with the computer on the account of the confidence of they had portrayed. - 4 stars, 10 Aug 2021: Price is fairly affordable and service is fast although internal communications can be improved as had multiple people contacting me with different understanding of the situation. Laptop display seems to be working now as well.
- 5 stars, 8 Jul 2021: Sent my surface Pro 3 in for what i thought would have to be an ssd replacement. Instead they were so helpful to do a thorough check of it and let me know only a reformat may be necessary. It worked in the end and I saved myself the cost of a whole ssd replacement. Super responsive, gave me updates and pickup was fast.

- 1 stars, 15 Oct 2020: I had a really shoddy experience getting my Macbook repaired (screen replacement). I had to make 3 trips - the technician didn't even have a charger with him to test out if the repair was properly completed. Within a few months of repair the rubber casing started coming out and lines started appearing at the bottom of the screen. Zapple charged me $550 and I finally ended up going to Apple and paying additional $750 to get it fixed again. Lesson learnt - I should have gone to Apple in the first place.
