- 1 stars, 7 Sep 2026: Do not engage this guy! My fault for not reading up the review before hand. He said the fan spoiled and charge for changing the fan but the issue not resolved. End up i call samsung come and change they changed the whole panel cheaper than he change the fan!! DO NOT EVER USE them or u regret FOR LiFE!!!!
- 1 stars, 30 Aug 2026: Facts; Repaired with him as recently as March 2026 spending $300. Spent a total of $580 with him over 2 years. Broke down again and his message was “transport charge $40, but never mind I come and check first” He came and checked and I decided not to proceed with the repair. Would not waive or even discount this transport charge.
- 1 stars, 9 Mar 2026: Avoid this guy. When call him down to check, very fast want to text and call me to ask when available to check. When ask him to come back, MIA until i have to call him. Only then tell me no parts. No initiative to tell got no parts. At first say definitely can get the part but then after that change story. My fault for not checking his rating on google first.

- 1 stars, 6 Feb 2025: DO NOT USE THIS MAN! He replaced a faulty fan with the wrong size, and stuck it down with sticky tape. After the original repair, we brought him back 3 times over 3 months because the fan kept making a loud noise. On the final visit he decided to use a broken spanner to hammer it back into place. Thinking this was an usual method to fix something, I decided to open it to myself after it started making a louder noise than before. That's when I discovered the wrong size fan was secured with tape instead of being secured with screws properly. I made a temporary fix myself while we waited for Sams
- 1 stars, 29 Dec 2024: Repairman, Peter is quick in informing me what is wrong with the fridge but ghosted when asked to rectify the problem. I was charged $220 (3 months warranty) for service and change of one fan. However, after 2 days it started buzzing. Took a video of the fridge buzzing from the inside and he said there was nothing wrong. Second time, I recorded another video on another day where the sound got even louder then he said ok to help fix so I gave him choices for the home visit, then there was no follow up response for a few days. Texted again and he said ok for the following day but did not turn up
- 1 stars, 5 Dec 2024: Guy is a scammer. Quick to reply when engaged for his service and was charged $300 plus for it but never reply when it got spoilt again in just a few days. I suggest to others who got scammed by this guy to make a police report against him cos i definitely will.
- 5 stars, 1 Aug 2024: Engaged Peter on 22 January 2024. He was amazing. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it easily, when the OEM customer service told me likely must buy new fridge already. His demeanour and attitude throughout was top notch. I'm so surprised to read all the recent negative reviews of Peter. Peter, if you do get to see this review, I hope all is well with you, and that nothing has happened recently that has led you to not be the Peter I know. - 1 stars, 21 Jun 2024: Please avoid this man Peter at all cost. My own fault for not looking up his reviews first before engaging him to repair our fridge. Came very quickly during our first call and told us the problem about our fridge. Repaired done very quickly and was charged $220 with 3 months warranty. After 1 week, our fridge was not working again, called him and he say he will come down take a look. One week later, our fridge was not working AGAiN! This time round called him and his phone was off completely. Something is very very wrong
- 2 stars, 29 Apr 2024: His demeanor was unpleasant, his explanations felt hurried and unconvincing. When seeking clarification, he resorted to yelling and showed signs of anger and frustration when faced with questions. Upon further inquiry, he abruptly left. It appears there may be an issue with anger management. second visit within the three-month warranty period.
