How did my business end up on Honestfix, and how does proof work?
You're here because your business showed up in public sources: your Google listing, your own website, or a public register. Nobody applied, and nobody was charged. Being listed is free, and it can't be bought.
A place on a trade page needs evidence that you do that trade's work.
Customers mention it. Your own customers describe the job in their Google reviews. This is independent of what you've said about yourself.
Your website offers it. If your own site lists the job as a service, that counts as proof too.
Your Google service list names it. A provider's own service list can be evidence of a job it offers.
Money never moves any of this: paying us does not buy a position, and there's currently no way to pay for a better position at all.
How do I claim my business?
Claiming is free and takes a few minutes. Here's what happens.
1. Find your listing. Search by your business name or UEN.
2. Prove it's yours. If your listing has a website, press "Start verification" and we give you a code and two ways to prove you control the site: upload a small file to it, or add one line to your homepage's <head>. We check it once you click through.
3. Accept the Vendor Terms.
4. You're in. From your dashboard you can see your listing's facts and send us corrections. Changes are reviewed before they go live, not published instantly.
Claiming never changes your rank. It gives homeowners more to go on, the same way it would if we'd found those facts ourselves.
What does the decal offer, and how do I get it?
The Honestfix decal is a sticker for your shopfront, van or counter, so a customer standing in front of you can find your listing.
Print-ready PDF and PNG in two sizes (10 cm round and 15 × 10 cm landscape), an SVG for your designer, and a web badge for your own site. The version with a QR code needs a claimed listing; the generic one needs nothing.
The wording is "Find us on honestfix.sg": a place to find you, nothing more. We don't offer "Verified", "Certified" or "Top rated", because we don't certify or rate businesses that way.

A listing comes off Honestfix when the business asks and we have confirmed the request is from the business. Until then, a removal request does not hide the listing.
Questions businesses ask
Does it cost anything to be listed?
No. Listing is free, and there's no fee to claim your business either.
Can I pay to rank higher?
No. There's no way to pay for a better position today, and money never moves rank if a paid option is ever added.
How do I show more of what I do?
Give us more to go on: ask happy customers to mention the specific job in their review, list your services clearly on your Google profile, and list them on your own website. You can also report a missing job through Corrections.
Why doesn't my listing show a job I do?
Because we haven't found evidence of it yet: no customer description, website service or Google service listing that establishes it. Report the missing job and its source through Corrections so we can check it.
How do I get removed from Honestfix?
Go to Corrections, choose "This is my business", and ask for removal. A listing comes off Honestfix when the business asks and we have confirmed the request is from the business. Until then, a removal request does not hide the listing.
Who sees my phone number?
The same number that's already public on your Google listing or website. We don't add a new number, and homeowners contact you the same way they always could.
Do you sell my details as leads?
No. Honestfix doesn't have a quote-request system running, so nothing is sold or sent.
What is sponsored placement?
There's none today. If it exists in future, it will be clearly labelled, and it will sit outside the ranking, never inside it.
