How does Honestfix work?
Honestfix lists home-repair providers in Singapore once there is evidence they do the job. Every fact shows where it came from and the date we checked it. How Honestfix works
Is Honestfix free?
Yes. Searching and comparing is free, and you never need an account. Businesses are listed for free, and claiming a listing is free too. About Honestfix
How does the score work?
Each provider has a score out of 100, built only from facts we can check, such as a website of its own and recent reviews that describe a finished job. The Google star rating is not part of it. How the score works
Why is one provider above another?
Providers are grouped by what we could check, and the strongest group comes first. Inside a group, more recent reviews of finished jobs come first. Money never changes the order. How the order works
Can a business pay to rank higher?
No. Money paid to Honestfix never changes the score or the order. There are no sponsored places today, and any in future will be clearly labelled. How the score works
How are reviews used?
We read up to 50 of each provider's latest Google reviews. A short summary of what they say is shown on the provider's page and marked as written by AI. How reviews count
How do I report a wrong detail?
Tell us which listing and what looks wrong on the Corrections page. We check it against its source before changing anything, and you get a reference to follow it. Report a wrong detail
How do I contact a provider?
Call or WhatsApp the provider straight from its listing. Honestfix is a comparison site, so you agree the scope and the price with the provider directly. Tools before you call
How do I claim my listing?
Find your listing on the For businesses page and follow its claim steps. With a website, you add a small file or one line to it. Without one, you can get a code by email using your UEN. Claim your listing
How do I remove my listing?
Ask on the Corrections page and choose "This is my business". A listing comes off Honestfix when the business asks and we have confirmed the request is from the business. Ask for removal
Where do I find my UEN?
Your UEN is on your business registration papers, and you can look it up by name on ACRA Bizfile. In this chat, choose "This is my business" and "I can't find my UEN" to see the one we hold. Open ACRA Bizfile
What is the decal?
The decal is a "Find us on honestfix.sg" sticker for your shopfront or van. Download it free on the For businesses page: print-ready PDF and PNG in two sizes, and a web badge for your own site. About the decal
How do I ask what personal data you hold?
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Send the request through "Talk to a person" and we reply within 30 days. Privacy policy
How do I check on my request?
Every request gets a reference like HF-2400 and a private status link. Choose "Check a ticket" here, or open the link from your email to see where it is. Check a ticket
Can I use Honestfix in my AI assistant?
Yes. Your AI assistant can search Honestfix directly and read the same facts you see on the site. No account or key is needed. Use Honestfix in your own AI
How much should a job cost?
The cost estimate shows the price ranges providers have published for a job. The same page has a licence check and a problem finder. Open the tools
