Noticed frass and notified Huimin immediately for advice and subsequently setup an appointment the next day. This was done in the evening within an hour and i am grateful that Huimin was able to answer all my queries and arranged the appointment so quickly. The serviceperson Zaw arrived on time and took time to identify the possible locations of the termites and he was patient in explaining where the termites are located by on the evidence of the frass and applied the chemical a couple of times to make sure that the termites were removed. I am glad that all resolved as i was concerned that the termite infestation might spread. Thank you Q-Pest for your wonderful staff.

Excellent products ( mosquito screens) supplied : durable, easy to clean and had no issues with them for years ( had them for six years already) after installation. Living in the red zone of Dengue recently, the mosquito screens has continued to guard the windows of my house really well, allowing the breeze to enter the living and bedroom, yet deterring unwanted pests at the same time, which is much needed on hot days like the recent weather.
