My balcony sliding door latches were damaged after years of use. On Friday, based on google review, I contacted them. They contacted me by WhatsApp. I showed them the type of latch & helpline assured me they have. So helpline got me an appointment the following Monday. The technician came on time and very promptly removed the damaged latches and replaced them with new ones. Very professional and fast. It was $150 - all inclusive. Very fair pricing and they invoice you after work is done. Plus the technician also explained to me how to prevent damage to the latches. They do all sorts of other repairs and I will contact them again when the need arises.

One of the panels of my glass sliding door in the living room was squeaky when you slide it open or shut. As it was almost 30 years old, they could not find any similar rollers for replacement. Instead, the technicians did some servicing and lubrication, and the panels are all sliding very smoothly now.
