Chanced upon Asia Safety Window Systems and was impressed by Michelle's professionalism and helpfulness in explaining the requirements and charges for retrofitting of window safety features. Even the after sales advices were provided promptly. Their staff, Mr Lim is also helpful and hardworking in installing the safety features. He provided advices and explanations willingly and patiently. This company is able to deliver good service with a job well done.

Spreads misinformation that condo windows require 4 rivets instead of 3 rivets. Which is a HDB requirement. Threatens to report to BCA to fear monger residents that are not willing to change their window fixtures which are able to use. When all they need is inspection and letter stating that is certified for use.

The first thing impressed me was that they were very responsive. Michelle responded to my questions very quickly, and the answers were detailed. The team of technicians was very professional as well. My apartment is located in a high-rise building. It is not easy to finish the window repairing, but the team managed to fix the problem of my window. Definitely recommend!

Chanced upon Asia Safety Window System and was promptly attended to by Michelle. She had a really efficient staff member over quickly and he managed to secure my window which has unhinged and was hanging haphazardly. I especially appreciate the gentleman’s expertise and willingness to share information on what to look out for in window safety which is very reassuring. They will definitely be my choice for future related work.

Engaged Michelle and team for the installation of my whole house window and window grilles October 2022. Called Michelle again recently to install additional locks for my corridor windows. They were prompt and very helpful and ofcourse delivered quality workmanship.. After care service is awesome. Good Job Michelle & Team.

extreme disappointed at their poor workmanship. Water leaks from windows, scratches on my wall, and their workers dumped their rubbish 2 storey below ours at the stairway, totally disgusted by their actions! Avoid at all cost!
