Very bad experience with this company. The boss promised to send 6 workers and complete packing in one day. But at 11.30am , only 2 workers arrive and even after lunch no other workers showed up. Only 4 boxes packed. When we ask the boss how is he going to complete the job , he said he now needs 2 full days . We had no confidence in the company after that and asked for our deposit back less reasonable cost for used cartons etc but he refused. We had to incur additional hotel cost , canceled transport cost and paid a premium for another mover to step-in to do the packing for us on an urgent basis. The boss was rude , loud and non supportive. Told us to call his lawyer if we want any of our deposit back . Wish we had seen the reviews of others who also had bad experiences before we commit to use Aust Tech Sg mover ...anyway we hope others will be forewarned .

They will do good job and very friendly. And they are doing very good packing services and professional movers they gays are very well.

This is less of a review and more of a warning to anyone considering using this company for their move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is responsible for countless scams, I am one of the many victims now pursuing legal action to recover my money. It is not a professional outfit, on the day of our move the ‘manager’ (if you can call him that), never showed up, never to be heard of again. But he has our money and now refuses to return it, pleading all sorts of excuses and sob stories. He preys on people, only pulling off this trick every so often so it appears to be the occasional customer with an issue. Save yourselves the ordeal, use anyone but these guys.

The worst experience from any business firm in Singapore... 100% paid as demanded before packing as I moved during Covid_ it is been almost 20 months, no shipment, no refund, no response.

1. Not responsive when we needed additional boxes 2. Rude. Boss calls his customers derogatory names when contacted. 3. Threatened to cancel contract 3 days before the move as we asked for more boxes. 4. Late completion on moving day. 5. Could not fulfill patching and rectification works and disposal of furniture from old place as agreed. 6. Damaged my home and refused to make good or compensate, blaming it on his workers instead. 7. Cursed my kids when I withheld payment as he refused to make good/compensate for the damages to my home. 8. When I suggested we both write off the cost, he agreed, but threatened me by saying that he will deduct his worker’s salaries. Sharing this so that others won’t need to go through the same. Moving is stressful enough, the movers shouldn’t make it more stressful.

f you consider a move, do NOT choose Austech! We have missing items and they refuse to pay. Terrible replies from main contact not taking responsibility and trying to put the potential damage on his workers. I can only assume that they mixed up boxes and ours ended somewhere else, but we are missing very valuable items which is unacceptable not getting this addressed.
