I had a disappointing experience with B2S Specialist Pte Ltd. The quality of the service did not meet my expectations, and some areas of the work seemed incomplete. Communication could also have been better. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves its service quality in the future.

I hired B2S Specialist Pte Ltd for painting work, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The quality of the painting was poor, and some areas were not painted properly at all. There were even one or two spots that appeared to have been completely missed. I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Based on my experience, I am not satisfied with their service.

Very pleased with our engagement with B2S Specialist. We engaged them for maintenance of a specialized system in a renowned mall. We added a lot of new maintenance scope for this specialized system and B2S is the first official maintenance vendor for this. Despite that, they managed to give valuable inputs to further enhance and improve the scope of works to ensure our specialized system is properly maintained. This really reflects their vast knowledge and experience in the field. Jack and his team that was deployed for the works are meticulous and prompt in delivering their work. Their willingness to learn about this specialized system really reflects their professionalism and sense of ownership. Of course, most importantly, they have high standards of safety when dealing with rope access works. It is truly refreshing to witness workers putting safety first before anything. Would definitely recommend B2S to anyone out there. Looking forward to work with you again!

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to B2S for the recent anchorage point and temporary lifeline works carried out by their esteemed company in relation to the roof repair works for SportSG premises. Not only were the works completed on time, they were executed to the utmost professional standards. No detail was too small to be ignored and every facet of the works were carried out to perfection. Despite the complex nature of the problems presented to them, B2S was able to advise and devise a system of fall arrest system suited specifically to our needs. Complementary training and demonstration were also provided on site to our workers to enhance their awareness and knowledge of the proper usage of the equipment and system provided to them. Such was the lofty standard of work performed by B2S that our client was left fully satisfied upon the completion of the works and commended us for our astute project management. Equipped with their specialist advice, we were able to carry out the roof repair works in a safe and harmonious manner that otherwise would have been impossible. We cannot praise the professionalism from Jack and his team highly enough and we would definitely recommend B2S to anyone looking for safe, practical and innovative rope access solutions to their seemingly inaccessible complex problems.
