Fantastic place for all your gardening needs. Some exotic supplies may be difficult to search but Aunty Sharon is superb! She knows exactly what one is looking for and where it is in the huge shop! Reasonably priced, but parking is bit of a pain.

It's away from the main road and also smaller than the more popular nurseries but it has been my fav to hunt for flowers and plants. The selections are not as much but there's usually no crowds and the price is slightly cheaper than the others.

Beautiful arrangement! My mil has been a loyal customer for years, but this is my first time ordering solo. I took a leap of faith and ordered without picking the flowers in person- simply told the lady boss my preferred orchid this year and pot colours. She delivered beyond expectations. Happy with the final product! ❤️

Made three orders yesterday and specifically mentioned for one of my orders to be delivered before 4pm today. Called the shop at 3.40pm to check on delivery, the staff answered the call and said will check and call back but no return call. Hence, at 5pm I called again and was attended by another lady. Told her what happened and she said as per GPS check the lorry is already in the area. I said I need to know if item is delivered, not whether the lorry is in the area and mentioned about the agreed timing again. The lady said “I don’t know who agreed to this timing with you”! It’s written by her own staff on the invoice during the purchase. Business owners, if you want to charge customers for delivery fees and surcharge during CNY period, you better make sure you meet your side of the agreement! I hope the lady boss reads this message - Pushing the responsibility doesn’t free you from breaching the agreement, your staff regardless of who, as long as they signed off on the invoice represents your company.

Went to all the shops in the area and I have to say the staff here were the sweetest!!! They helped put the flowers I wanted aside and took the effort to choose the prettiest ones. Great variety of plants and flowers. And cutest chickens roaming around.

Dark and mystic inside the nursery. Do visit if around Thomson nurseries to look for some special plants.

Really good place for Christmas trees. Healthier looking trees deep into the season (20th Dec) compared to other places we visited. We also seem to end up here after browsing elsewhere.

Nice place with unique pots and plants, unlike the common ones found at Far East Flora group. Dusty, but i feel it adds to the charm. Say hi to the free roaming chickens!

Like some of the other reviewers - will give zero star if I could. Rude and patronising staff. Customer service is truly the pits. Will never go again - lots of nurseries with better service in that area.

The lady answering the phone is not interested listening to your call . Before I can complete my 1st sentence she put down the call. Very rude

Items were delivered promptly as scheduled. Items were properly packed. The ginger flowers and sunflowers I got for CNY2025 were a disappointment. Small, not very nice looking, and they started wilting after a few days despite the use of flower food. Quite unimpressive.

Terrible experience. I would give this 0 stars if I could. One staff quoted us a price at first, at the cashier there was a very rude Chinese lady who said the price was wrong. When we told her that the information provided was incorrect she replied very sarcastically without even batting an eyelid at us. We decided not to make the purchase, to which she responded, “Don’t buy then don’t buy.” Extremely unpleasant, especially since it was the first day of Chinese New Year. The management should take proactive measures to improve customer service.

The place is at the corner of the road and although it's not a huge place, it's have many different type of CNY plants and pots for selection. I compared a few flora for white color orchid and seems like here got the nicest. They have two staff doing the repot design and costs seems reasonable ($5 for next day collection, $8 dollar for same day collection). They have many rows of shelve storing pots but you have to search for your own preferred pot. The one I got don't have price tag hence I bring over to cashier and she checked with another Indian guy who provide the quote $25. Overall still a good experience as the young lady doing the design of the pot was friendly and helpful,she even help to get another nicer orchid to pair. Total cost $93 ($25 for pot, $30 for each orchid & $8 for repot with same day collection)

If only I could give zero rating… We waited for our delivery that did not happened. Send an inquiry about it, and was replied the next day w a pic of delivery to the wrong house informing us it was done at 10am. No reply or apologies when informed that is not my unit. That unit is currently unoccupied and under renovation which they left it at the door step - outdoor overnight from 10am. My helper had to go round looking for the item based on the pic today instead. There was no notification about delivery completed, and if this was done we could have flagged out the error. Through the “order tracking” site it was stated as under processing hence we were not aware delivery was already made. After informing them through WA that the item was delivered to the wrong unit, there was no reply, apologies or even acknowledgement on the error. So apparently even if it was delivered to the wrong house, they think the job is done and it’s our duty to go and do a treasure hunt. Even though DELIVERY is CHARGED.. When called, was brush off that cannot provide any information as in charge is busy w a meeting and “investigating”. Upon demanding an explanation, still nothing was communicated until fuss is made. Trying to bury the issue, they will not provide any explanation or apologies till now until you demand a proper service recovery. They will not take initiative to call you to show any sincerity. 2.5h later - Only to drop you a text to tell you that they will do refund and collect the tree so that they do not need to manage customer. So if you are ok with poor service and risk of not receiving your item. You may order from them.

I GOT 17 HUGE MOSQUITO BITES FROM THIS NURSERY. AVOID THIS PLACE. It’s lousiest nursery in the whole of Singapore. Poor plant inventory - what’s reflected online isn’t even available at store physically. Poor and uncared nursery - too messy and untidy and it’s a mosquito breeding ground. I received 17 huge mosquito bites just by being there an hour. Clearly the owner doesn’t care about safety and wellbeing. If I get a fever or mosquitos scarring, this nursery should compensate. Candy Floriculture you need to be investigated by NEA and stop your operations. AVOID this nursery at all cost for your own well-being. You can get the plants elsewhere with better inventory and safe environment. I will give 0 stars if I can.

I went to their shop while looking for something i lost step and had a bad fell. It turns out there’s a slanted uneven surfaced floor some where in the middle of their shop. I sprained my left ankle badly and had swelling and bruised all over.

we bought a money tree from Candy, but couldn’t find a suitable pot. Thankfully Kannan is able to reserve our plant for us for a few weeks while we source. Today we finally got it repotted and delivered. Delivery is on time, and plant repotted beautifully. thank you!

Never buy from them. Very unscrupulous. Might as well call themselves robbers. 1st the staff called canon said to repot plant is 5 dollars. The plant is 8. Total $13. i agreed. Then suddenly it became $19, after clarifying more, the price became $25 then $27?????. When the staff was questioned he said add soil 3 dollar. Then stone 4 dollars then sand is 3 dollars. its a small pot and he just picked a handful of sand, a few stones and some soil. but the charges were not agreed upon and we never asked for it. All these numbers were not told upfront and each time he calculated, the numbers kept going up. He wrote the numbers on a piece of paper and then when i wanted to question it - he got upset and snatched the paper away. Charges are ad hoc. in the above picture, the upset staff was saying how come the customer is asking AGAIN ? this time the cashier used a calculator and now from 25 became 27.xx dollars. that was the last straw - we left. Inconsistent pricing. Dont go here. Any how charge customers and when questioned, he raised the price to drive customers away. The staff name is called canon. Also the plants had white spider mites! i asked another staff, they just scratched it away using finger nail. At the end of the day, i walked out with my wife saying no thanks. The owners are not around and obviously there is no management of the staff who are busy driving away customers with super bad customer service and inconsistent pricing.

Definitely the best place to purchase pots and soil for your plants, albeit the tight space. Probably the most affordable for plant accessories out of the rest of the shops in Thompson. Employees were helpful with carrying for me as i had heavy items in hand. Will go there again.

Fresh cut flowers not fresh , hydrangeas looks sickly and wilted in less than one day Delivery can be improve, left everything outside my apartment and no notification, never knock door , no calls no message , I discovered the plants and flowers only when I was leaving home . Plants are good. I had good experience with plants from Candy. So i will patronise again for plants but not for fresh cut flowers

DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THEM Unless you have done research on the product you are purchasing Gave them a call to inquire on a bonsai fertilizer that is suited for growth. The fella on the phone stupidly said that Classic Biogold can be used for growth of bonsai tree Hello... Its Biogold original.... Classic Biogold is mostly for the roots and the health of the bonsai. Because of that, i have to re-purchase a different fertilizer, Biogold Original Wrote 2 emails to inquire on fertilizers. No replies at all. Finally decided to use whatsapp to message them. Checked with them on the availability of the Biogold Original Fertilizer to which they answered that it was available However, as i wanted to make sure that this time it was the correct fertilizer for foliage growth, i had a few questions about the product information However, my questions were ignored and my messages were left on read after. Despite probing a few questions on the fertilizer, they ignored and there were no replies. Customer service is questionable at best

This is a nice nursery along Thomson Road. There is a good range of plants and flowers available. As Chinese New Year is approaching, the nursery has catered for many flowering and auspicious plants such as peach blossom and kumquat which are in strong demand for the coming festival. Customers are also more than normal especially on weekends during this period

Very wide variety of flowers including fresh herbs, reasonable pricing and friendly, helpful staffs. My must go place whenever I am in need of refreshing up my home and office corners.

There may be many nurseries in Singapore but the service here trumps. I went back to Candy thrice for help in picking a noble fir tree and big pot to fit it and Kannan was with me each time with a smile, going over and beyond. Especially the part where I couldn't find the pot in my size and colour, he spray-painted it for me! And Rachelle, the cashier, is relentlessly helpful whether in person or on the phone. Ramu, the delivery driver, is equally helpful and kind and I managed to see him in person when he came back to the location to fix the tree for the fourth time and he did it smiling throughout! What magic does Candy Floriculture feed their staff? Even the old Chinese uncle and auntie are sweet when I visit. I was looking specifically for 8cm baubles and they took out the measuring tape to measure the bauble for me. I was next door at Goodwood and asking a staff who was sweeping the floor next to the baubles what dimensions theirs are in, she said "just this size. I don't know what cm" and went back to sweeping the floor. I'm so so grateful to these kind people at Candy and will be your lifelong customer!

Bought two pots of orange jasmine and a pot of Fortunella (meant to grow at my mum’s resting place, as she loved mandarin oranges). However, since it’s out of season, the one I received wasn’t the best . Lacking lustre, insufficient leaves etc. This nursery kindly allowed for a return and I exchanged the pot for another healthy pots of orange jasmine. Kindness goes a long way.. thank you, candy floriculture ❤️

Please be very careful when buying plants from here. They have sold us multiple plants which were in extremely poor condition - so unless you know your plants very well, do not buy from here.

Disappointed. Good plant selection on website but ordered online a Hindu rope, the single stem had multiple damages and yellowing leaves and it was infested with mealybugs which are super hard to remove from the plant once they appear. Do not recommend

Visited here after my hiking trail, they got a lot range of fresh cut flowers, checked that buying from there will be a bit cheap for around sgd$2-5 vs order from online, which now sure if still need to add delivery fee. They also selling others plants for indoor and outdoor too. Gardening soil, pots and tools as well. Can see that they got a lot of stock not being organized might be lack of man power.

Great place for everything. Just go and check it out for yourself. Huge selection of orchids, fruit plants like blueberry, olives and even grapes! Many type of soil and fertilizers as well. Huge collection of flower pots in all sizes.

Candy is seriously bad beyond belief. Email and enquired abt the Japan import queen of the night colours cause online they say colour varies and no choosing which is ok but I just want to know if there are alot so I can buy more. Didn't answer the question, gave u the link and tell u cannot choose which I am not asking. Then I called up personally and the person say only red and pink. Drop by and ta-dah there are actually 4 colours in total. They just simply can't be bothered although they "welcome" enquires. The conduton of the plants are really bad and rotted and they want full amt for it although half of it is rotted as well. A similar pot at Thomson is only $5 more but very healthy and they are so much friendier. Do not commend, staff gives a face as well cause u are bothering them to pay

Thank you for the opportunity to visit the pinnacle of the plant world today: the variegated Philodendron Caramel marble, as well as countless Anthuriums, Monstera deliciosa, and Camouflage Aglaonema. One day I will bring you all home! The location is right behind Goodwood, less crowded, allowing for a proper appreciation of the beauty of these rare plants.
