Just got Cheng Yan again to help trim our 4 storey tall tree and maintain the plants. We continued to be super impressed with the quality of the service and work. Kudos to Chew who has seamlessly coordinated the work with me. I’m most impressed with his knowledge on plants and has shared several precious advices to maintain them. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for similar services.

I am delighted and thoroughly impressed with Chew & his team who came to trim my row of bamboos and big Eugenia trees. They arrived on time and finished the job in just 2.5 hours. From the site visit to the final cleanup, Chew was professional, careful, and polite. He personally ensured everything was trimmed to our exact expectations, showing excellent attention to detail. They handled my orchids with great care and cleaned up beautifully afterward. Reasonable rates and excellent service—I’ll definitely engaged their services again. Highly recommended! Update (2026): A year later, I am still a very happy repeat customer! Chew and his team just delivered another excellent experience. Beyond great tree trimming, Chew and his energetic mum personally helped revamp part of my garden and beautifully repot an overgrown plant. Chew is hands-on, honest, professional, and even offered a highly appreciated loyalty rate for a returning customer. Highly recommend supporting this fantastic small business for their honest, top-tier workmanship!

We used this company recently for tree cutting works at our house. They did an excellent job. The team was fast, professional and extremely polite and thorough in their work. They were careful enough to not break anything and the tree still looked fantastic after almost half of it was cut away. My neighbors did not complain as well throughout the entire process. The boss of the company came himself to oversee the process. Thank you Mr Chew for doing a brilliant job. We are very happy with the outcome.

Just wanted to add that Mr Chew and his team continue to go the extra mile to deliver excellent client service !! He personally helped me to install a sprinkler on my steep back slope to automate watering and saving me a lot of time and effort. Kudos to you and your team. Mr Chew and his team have been doing an amazing job keeping our steep back slope in great shape for several months now !! The pearl grass his team planted is sturdy, well maintained and he goes the extra mile to remove small trees growing in from neighbours plots.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chew and his team for a tree pruning project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were evident. Chew and his team arrived on time and immediately impressed me with their knowledge and thorough assessment of the trees in my yard. They explained the process clearly, ensuring I understood the benefits of proper pruning and how it would enhance the health and appearance of my trees. The pruning itself was executed with precision and care. The team worked efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the entire process. They took great care to protect my property, and their cleanup was immaculate – it was as if they were never there! What truly sets Chew and his team apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to address all my concerns and ensure I was completely happy with the outcome. My trees look fantastic and are now healthier than ever. I highly recommend Chew and his team for any tree pruning needs. Overall, we were very pleased with the work carried out by Cheng Yan Contractor. They trimmed four huge trees in our compound. Their price was very reasonable, and they did an excellent job. Their setup and staff were professional. From the initial contact to the completion of the job, the entire process took only two days.

We engaged Cheng Yan to remove the soil which had been in our planter box for 8 eight years. It was an urgent job as we were about to hand over our unit to the buyer. In the end, Chew and his team completed the job in 1 hour with little fuss and mess. They even washed the box and balcony. We are very much impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Also we got some advice on how to manage our plants in the future. Great job!!

We have a tree in our front garden which has grown too tall and big and required trimming. We contacted Chew, who is the owner of Cheng Yan, and he came almost the next day to perform a site visit. Despite of Chew’s young age, we were really impressed by his professionalism and knowledge as well as his superb service. Most importantly, we find his pricing fair and reasonable. In the end, we have asked Chew’s team to trim the tree but also to tidy up our front and roof top garden. Chee then came with his team of workers and they really have done a fantastic job in trimming and tidying our garden. After they completed the job, they even cleaned and cleared up the place for us! I highly recommend Cheng Yan if you are looking for a responsible and professional contractor to tend to your garden needs.

We were recommended to this company for tree felling services. During the initial assessment visit, we were advised in detail what to expect. The team was professional and went about their task diligently and swiftly. They also made an effort to tidy up the area after the row of trees were cut. We are extremely pleased with their services. Our special thanks to Chew, who supervised the entire process and updated us every step of the way. Thank you!
