Very responsive and gave very good and professional advice. I particularly appreciate the extra effort taken to assess the door closer before proceeding to replace it straightaway It was very thoughtful of the specialist to offer to try repairing it instead. In the end, the replacement job was done with much care and attention to details. The price quoted was also very very reasonable. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
