Govin explained the process and did each step carefully. Appreciate the help to clean my mattresses. My mattresses were visibly cleaner and whiter after the session. However he did explain that certain types of stains were not possible to be removed.

Initially gave them five stars because during the service Govin explained the process and the sofa look cleaned .
Five hours in my sofa was not dried despite having dehumidifier and aircon dry mode on
8 hours in the sofa starts to reek and have stained marks .
Within 24 hours they arrange a person to come clean again .
4 days later they are back to reclean . The stain mark is permanent now and they can’t do anything about it . What even more infuriating they blame it on us saying the stain was there before.
Now the sofa pillows are dripping water as it is heavily soaked from the steaming.. I can squeeze the pillow and it drips water..I don’t think it is normal experience right?
Anyway this is a less than 2 year old sofa. There is no way there was a stain at some of the spot because either I stuck plastic protector over it or there was a stuck on cushion.
First time outsourcing to reduce our trouble .. end up money wasted, time wasted and we now have a stained and wet sofa .
Response from the business
UPDATE: Dear Rayuzaki, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
After reviewing this case, we would like to clarify the situation. During the initial cleaning appointment on 23 January 2025, our technician conducted a thorough inspection and informed you of an existing stain before proceeding with the cleaning. The following day, you reached out to inform us that the sofa remained damp and had developed an odor despite using a dehumidifier and air conditioning on dry mode.
We then promptly arranged for a revisit to reassess and re-clean the affected areas. During this session, our technician observed that the pre-existing stain was still visible. As a result, he informed you that due to the fabric type, complete stain removal could not be guaranteed. Additionally, our customer service team has reached out to clarify that some dampness is expected after a deep clean, as drying times can vary depending on the material and environment.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this experience. We understand that the extended drying time and persistent stain were frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Additionally, we acknowledge your concerns regarding the stain marks after the cleaning session and that, despite our revisit, we were unable to remove them completely.
Our goal is always to provide effective and reliable cleaning, and we recognize that this situation could have been handled better. We truly appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our processes moving forward.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have offered a discount and refunded the balance, which you have accepted. We appreciate your patience and understanding and remain committed to improving our service. Please feel free to reach out to us on our WhatsApp at +65 8241 0032 if there’s anything further we can assist you with.
Best regards,
DW Sofa Cleaning
