Hi there to the management and staff of Eco scape.Last few days I drop by to your place for the first time to look for indoor plants.Im so delighted that I been serve by Ms Arlyn if I got it right her name.Ms Arlyn are so professional and patience for guiding me about what I want for my indoor.With such a humid and haze weather conditions and yet Ms Arlyn have the smile and make my day.Thank you for the excellent clean and calm place.Send my regards to Arlyn.

Not my first visit and always had great experience at the Eco-Scape Nursery! The staff ( Mr Alim and Ms Arlyn) were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. They patiently answered my questions and gave helpful advice on how to care for them. Really appreciate the excellent service! 🌱😊

My go-to-place whenever I need supplies, gardening accessories or new plants. This shop offers a wide variety of plants and all in good care. Loving the wide selection with reasonably price. Plenty of pot plants to sale, soils and bugs repellents. Location is very convenient just right next to a bus stop.

there are SO MANY varieties of plants here (spent an hour here) and they are all well taken care of!! prices are also relatively affordable and staffs are friendly and gave good advice too :)

I don't know anything about flowers being good or bad Because the sellers have failed to deliver the flowers order on time And even though I asked them to deliver my order on time and I even paid the purchase order amount along with the tip and the shipping fee, I still haven't received my order. They are very rude, liars and irresponsible

I had a wonderful experience at Eco-Scape! The staff were very patient and took the time to recommend suitable plants for me, answering all my many questions about plant care in detail. She even suggested a spray to help keep insects away, which I found very helpful. I also asked about a small plant I have at home and whether it could be transferred into a bigger pot in the future — the staff assured me that they could help with the repotting when the time comes. Excellent service, friendly advice, and a great selection of plants and supplies. Highly recommended for plant lovers!

I was served by a Filipina lady (cannot remember her name ...Liani?). Anyway she is most service oriented, sharing information about the plant and how to care for it. When I bought a pot, she offered to pot my plant for me (for free!!!! ) She did it so well as if it was for her home. In the end she wiped the pot clean and put it in a bag for me. 100% best and friendly service - not fake sales talk, just simple and sincere. Highly recommended place.

My honest review, can give this place a miss. The prices of the plants in this place is slightly higher than other nursery in SG. But what is truly disappointing is the lack of care for the plants. Just like the lady commented before me, the staffs are free, very free to the extent can talk on personal phone for (at least the whole duration of my period there) and chit chat among one another, yet none seems interested to do the extra to ensure the plants are of good care. Almost all plants had dried leaves, lack of nutrient.

Thanks for your effort. - Date of visit: 16 June, Sunday - The Burmese person who has left is a young guy not a woman. He is very knowledgeable. - The three person whom I reached out: A filipinos lady, a Chinese old guy and a Indian looking guy whom we can communicate poorly. --------------- Previous comments: - This place is poorly managed. After 2 years living around and come here often, I decided to write a review and hope that the owner will look after their business seriously or sell to someone who has more motivation to look after this place. - Plants at the nursery are badly care and dying plants are lying around. Looks very dried or lack of nutrients or not prune. - Reached out to three employees on my visit yesterday. None has knowledges on plants care or recommendations on their own right products info when being asked. One speaks poor English and cannot communicate. The one and only knowledgeable Burmese staff has left. - When ask for pricing for pot or types of pots available… took them long time to check messy catalogs and not able to find pricing . - Please reconsider carefully on your objectives to upkeep the business. Or else, both the customers and the plants are suffering from your negligent! Thanks so much !

The shop does not open at 9am. Please update your opening hours. I was there asr 9.30am and it is not open, called several time and noone picked up.

Really bad experience - called and check if the holy basil / Tulasi - the staff confirmed after making hold for 3 mins as positive. When I reach the nursery they don’t have. Pls don’t ever shop here staff are clueless.

Tidy nursery that retails competitive prices for plant lovers. Has its own parking space for about 20 cars and lots of selection of plants and flowers. Do pop by for a visit

Came here to buy a Yucca plant and was pleasantly surprised by the good service by the lady boss and wide selection of plants. My parents also bought a few outdoor and indoor plants for CNY as their prices were very reasonable.

Not many plants, I guess coz they are more a landscape company. If you go to other nurseries regularly, do not bother to come here if you are looking for interesting plants. They have basic plants and not a wide variety. If u need other stuff for gardening, it's ok to come here. Again, they have the basic gardening stuff.
