This is a very good company who takes care of plants and chopping plus pruning of tree professionally. Also very tidy after finishing the job. Price reasonable. Boss of this company also very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hash Tree Care. I was quoted and agreed to pay $600 to cut, prune, and crown my trees to a specific height. However, when the workers came, they refused to trim to the agreed level and gave excuses that the tree would be “unbalanced.” After the pruning, I called the boss, Hash, who agreed to come again a few days later to prune the trees properly. I waited the whole day but he never came. When I called again, he told me to contact Raja. Raja said he would trim the trees but never gave a specific date, and later pushed me to Dinesh — the worker who first agreed to cut the trees as short as possible. When I called Dinesh, he kept giving excuses like “busy,” “crane repair,” or “no workers to cut trees.” In the end, nobody came back and the job was left incomplete. Even though I already paid in full, the work was not completed as promised. The trees are still too high and were not crowned properly. Communication was confusing, and after payment, there was no proper follow-up. I felt very disappointed and frustrated with their poor service, lack of responsibility, and unprofessional attitude. I hope the company can improve its honesty, accountability, and reliability for future customers.

Though my experience with Shenaz Landscape was unorthodox. Their workers demonstrated honesty and responsibility. The management team was equally impressive, showing prudence and earnestness in their approach. Special mention of Hamzah, Amnah and worker Mokkaiah. I highly recommend Shenaz Landscape for trustworthiness.

Polite workers for sure. They came back when a weather situation didn't allow for first round of works to continue. However the job was badly executed even with clear instructions to prune and round off shape. Branches were cut on the vertical with the top left out. Never seen this styling of pruning before in prior years of maintainence. When I texted my feedback, was asked to tell to give workers directions directly. Not sure why I have to project manage the workers and pay a fee to proprietary person for that. A statement of ‘ it will look better when your leaves grow’ was given. A little confused at that condescending line, however intended. Will not be reusing the services.

I needed to excavate around 0.6m worth of clay in my garden due to flooding issues and replace it with well draining planting soil as well as carpet grass and removal of multiple tree stumps.. Not an easy feat! Did my due diligence and found Hash among 4 other landscapers. Went with him as he showed his expertise as well as fair pricing during our meet up. Super HAPPY I went with him. He showed up on time with 6 tons of soil and 10 men, got all of it done in 1 day! He is dependable and pricing is fair! I would highly recommend him and would definitely engage his guys again! 5 stars!

Hash delivers professional service. The team was courteous, detailed, safe and efficient. They even cleaned up the area by sweeping all the leaves after they completed the work. Upon completion, I got a text notification showing photos of completed works. Well done ! I will use them again next time !

They go on an extra mile on your gardening needs .. I’m thankful to engage them to help save my cherry 🍒 tree and reorganized the half dead plants mess made by previous plant-grass-gardener.. thx u again to hash. Their response is fast and they are very helpful and patient to your needs. 👍🏻👍🏻 They also access what you need when they turn up for the job and right away go get the soil and fertilizer for the plants .. I’m thankful 🙏🏻
