I engaged this company for my parents balcony window a few years ago and I just got a new house so I used back the same company to change all the windows. Andy is knowledgeable about his products and can make recommendations based on your needs. The workmanship by the installers are good too and they are punctual & meticulous. Only minus one star ‘cos not every Chinese person is fluent in Mandarin… I asked a question in English but received an audio reply in Mandarin. Even though I can understand Mandarin, it would be better to reply in the language I asked…

I recently engaged Home Aluminum Metal Works to replace all the windows in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The process started with a consultation with Andy, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to understand my needs and provided practical advice and recommendations on the best window options without being pushy. On the installation day, the team arrived punctually and worked efficiently. They removed all my old windows and completed the installation of the new ones within 7–8 hours. The workmanship was neat, and they cleaned up well after the job. About a month later, I noticed a minor issue with one of the windows in my common bedroom. I contacted Andy, and he arranged for his installers to come down the very next working day to rectify the problem. Their prompt and reliable after-sales service gave me great confidence in their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I’m very impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, workmanship, and excellent after-sales support. I highly recommend Home Aluminum Metal Works to anyone looking to replace their home windows.

I am amazed by their work and speed in completing 4 windows (one kitchen, one living room and 2 rooms) for 3-room HDB flat. We have never change our the windows and grills for almost 43 years and they manage to remove, fix it, ensure everything works perfectly in less than 5 hours which it suppose to take 5-6 hours. Their staff is well trained in removing, fixing and work in a limited space provided. To emphasize, within 5 hours is including of cleaning the spaces use and they are very thorough with their cleaning too. Thanks for the great help and speedy work done. Will recommend to hire them for changing of window works. I must say their prices are reasonable too!!!! Added photo from the living and a room.

Exceptional Service from Andy at Home Aluminium Works I recently engaged Andy from Home Aluminium Works, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with genuine care for the customer, Andy is the person to call. Quick & Professional Execution The entire process—from the initial quote and measurement to the final installation—was completed in just 3 weeks. Andy was incredibly prompt with his replies and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. Expert Problem Solving What really set Andy apart was his experience when we hit a snag. We discovered that an aircon pipe was blocking the area of the initial measurement. Instead of it becoming a major setback, Andy used his experience to pinpoint the exact solution. He brainstormed with us to rectify the problem efficiently, ensuring the final result was perfect. Quality & Workmanship Top-Notch Workmanship: The final product is flawless and reflects his years of experience. Neat & Tidy: He and his team left the workspace spotless once the job was done. Seamless Process: Despite the technical hiccup, the coordination felt effortless. Value for Money After searching extensively, Andy provided the cheapest quote I found online. However, the low price did not mean a compromise on quality. Both his initial customer service and his after-sales support have been top-notch, proving he truly stands by his work. Verdict: If you want a stress-free experience, reasonable pricing, and excellent results, Andy is the best in the business. Highly recommended!

Hi Andy, thank you to your three company staff who are here at my place today doing all the works required. They are professional, highly skilled, experienced and worked together well as a team. I’m thankful for their hard work changing each and every pair of hinges and handles for all the existing windows. Replacement of the kitchen windows to sliding ones are done to their best ability too. It is not easy as the old set of window frame is stuck deep into the wall concrete and they have made it worked and patch up wherever needed neatly. After doing all the work, your staff also clean up the place inside and outside the house. Once again, big thank you to your team. My husband and I are glad to engage your team’s services and will recommend to others

Highly recommend Home Aluminium Metal Works! After checking HDB/BCA approved vendors, I chose them based on strong reviews—and I'm glad I did. Andy was fast, transparent, and professional. He made a same-day visit and clearly explained everything, including potential issues from my old reno. The installation team was superb! They arrived on time, were skillful, careful, and incredibly efficient, completing the entire window replacement within the scheduled day. Top-tier service and workmanship. Thanks to Andy and his team! Would you like me to tweak any of these versions further, or perhaps focus on a specific aspect like Andy's quick response?

Andy Tan and his team are very friendly and professional. Andy responded promptly with a quotation and even made an urgent onsite visit to provide valuable advice, which made us feel assured and well taken care of. His team members – Ethan, Ah Hao, and a young Bangladeshi worker – formed a very impressive and professional team. They were approachable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire renovation process. I am extremely impressed and delighted with my new set of windows and grills installed by Andy and his team. They did an excellent job, and I highly recommend Andy Tan to anyone looking for window and grill replacements. Well done, Andy and team! 30 Sep 2025

When I decided to replace my windows, I researched several suppliers. Home Aluminum distinguished itself with a prompt follow-up call and a convenient home visit, which was scheduled to fit my weekend availability. I appreciated their transparency during our discussion, leading me to confirm the order and pay the deposit. The installation was scheduled quickly, in just over a week. Initially, I was concerned about the installers' skill set, as many workers in this field are foreign. However, on the installation day, two young Malaysian workers arrived, which immediately boosted my confidence. They performed the job meticulously, taking great care to avoid damaging my tiles and cabinets. I highly recommend Home Aluminum for their excellent service from sales to installation. I was so satisfied that I proactively transferred the remaining balance to their company UEN and sent a screenshot, even before they requested payment. Thumbs up Andy and team !
