   I engaged both cleaning of pond and cutting of grass and de weeping . End of it the workers damaged my solar lights and weeding was not 100% it was not properly communicated that jetting will cost me total package of 960. I was given the impression jet clean or the koi pod and cutting grass and de weed and trim shrub will cost only around 315 . My other previous koi cleaner only charge 500 with jet cleaning . Mr tan not professional in properly communicated to me . Will not be awarding redo my balcony and ktwur jobs will look for others

In addition to the agreed pond and turf servicing, our team pruned and cleared half a lorry load of tree cuttings from your property. Regarding the solar lights along the fence, our routine scope of work—pond washing, tree pruning, and turf maintenance—is conducted at ground level or around targeted branches, making it highly unlikely that our activities caused the damage reported. Despite this, as a gesture of goodwill, we applied a $35 discount to your final invoice and provided an additional $100 refund upon learning of your concern regarding the lights. We always aim to deliver high-quality, transparent service and appreciate the opportunity to set the record straight. We value all customer feedback and continuously strive to improve our communication and service standards.    Ponding in our garden made it muddy and messy to use. Mr Tan Nai Cheng, the engineer and project manager at Hue Landscape first solved the drainage issue, placing an underground pipe with filtration membrane and gravel without disturbing the existing shrubs and trees planted into the earth. Thereafter, decking was done under the expertise of Mr Zhong and his team. Communication was clear and pleasant, with pros and cons of options highlighted, work was done effectively, and all deadlines were met while adhering to standards of safety and residential regulations. Overall, a job well done. We now spend much more time enjoying our garden, even immediately after heavy rain, as does our cat! Thanks to Hue Landscape.

   I’d like to give HUE Landscape 5 stars. Benjamin provided outstanding service to me and my family. I reached out to HUE Landscape for urgent pond replacement services, and Benjamin came to inspect my pond within a day. He was very patient and knowledgeable, personally lifting and checking the dirty machinery beside the pond. He assured us and quickly arranged for three workers to address our urgent issues over the weekend. The pricing was reasonable, and he responded promptly, offering valuable insights on managing the pond. We greatly appreciate Benjamin from HUE Landscape!

   Arranged to meet on 8th May 2024 at 11am. Sent an email to remind the day before but there was no reply. Called a guy named Alex on the same morning and was told that the appointment is confirmed and Ben will arrive at 11am. Waited for 40min on site. The calls I made were unanswered and there were no call backs. Totally IRRESPONSIBLE! Will never engage them for landscape services.
