Of 43 written reviews, 10 say the problem was fixed, 9 say the business came quickly, 8 say they used him again and 4 say they knew the price first. Loved the grass on my balconey. Mr Wong in particular was extremely helpful especially with the after-sales service
Response from the business
Thank you so much. I'm really glad you're happy with the balcony, and it means a lot that the after-sales service stood out. To me, the job isn't really done when the grass goes down, being there afterwards if you need anything is just part of it. Thank you for choosing us, and do enjoy the balcony. Wong.

We are glad the workmanship and the care during installation showed too, getting the details right on site is what makes the difference.

Very satisfied with their customer service, responsiveness, on time and friendly. Didn’t expect the company (Mr Wong) to reply to my enquiry on Sunday via WhatsApp and scheduled site inspection the following day. Would recommend anyone who is looking to install artificial grass to contact them.

They are very responsible and professional. They came twice to measure the site carefully. When the green net was unavailable, they specially ordered it from another platform to make sure everything was done properly. They are very careful, reliable, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

Our rooftop turf had become faded and matted after years of exposure to the sun. Wong and his team replaced it with brand-new artificial grass, and it looks fantastic. It drains well, stays green even in full sun, and has completely transformed the space. We’re really happy with the quality of the work. 👍

He took his time getting the edges lined up neatly against the walls and door, and the grass itself looks so green and full that it's hard to tell it's not real.
