This is my second time using JC Movers, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Their price is very very reasonable for the service they offer. Both times, they were prompt, diligent, and answered all my queries quickly. They truly deliver on what they promise, and the team handling our boxes was super fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

I reached out to JC Movers a week before my move and Jasper was able to arrange it very quickly and smoothly. They are very professional and quick in what they do - altogether, the whole move out and move out process took less than 30 minutes and it was very successful, no damages at all. Will definitely use their services again!

Overall, the move was efficient and stress-free. The movers arrived around 9:30 am, and everything was completed by 10:30 am. My items were wrapped carefully and delivered safely with no major issues. I had everything packed and ready before they arrived, which helped the move go smoothly. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend their service.

The young men who brought over heavy exercise equipment and a two-seater sofa from my son's place to mine, were excellent! They were very efficient, extremely polite and obliging! What's more, they had suggestions on how to set things up in my basement as the space was rather tight. Shamini Raj

I have to state otherwise😮💨. Only prompt thing is sales and collecting payment. Thereafter was rather disastrous. 1. Carton boxes send without notification and just left outside unit. 2. Not responsive over WA, even after reminders 3. Moving day (week day 12-1pm) they came at 2:15pm, no initiative to inform and updating, we have to do the chasing instead. Luckily the moving crew were very efficient and professional to catch up the lost time . 4. Poor management again coming to the return of carton boxes. Took them 2 trips to collect when instructions and placement were precise with words description and photos. Hereby to thank the moving crew who were apologetic, helpful and efficient.

I had a positive experience with JC movers in helping me move out of my 3 room flat, I had many large items i had to move including my altar table , sofa and washing machines. They have shown professionalism, efficiency and knowledge in packing and moving of the items. Their staff had been very helpful, and had taken initiative in the entire moving process. They are truly professional movers who takes care of the furnitures and items during the move. I am grateful for their service and would not hesitate to hire them again in future if the need arises. It was a lot of hard work on their end, and they were very helpful. Thank you, appreciated.

Horrible experience with the sales team for lack of communication and bring disrespected as a customer. Booked the move 1 month in advance and yet I was not confirmed the time of the move. 2 weeks before the move date, I WhatsApp them and they said they can only come at 12pm which does not work because it was not the condo's approved time. They claimed they will call the condo management to arrange for the time but they did not when I asked the condo security on the day. Movers ended up coming at 230pm; much later than I expected. As a single person managing the move, I needed to be at my new address to manage other furniture deliveries, steam cleaning and digital lock installation. I ended up having to pay fees x 3 to reschedule all these, all due to JC movers irresponsible action. They also did not arrange for a premove audit and ended up charging me from $398 to $795 to move a 2 bedroom apartment. They had to use 2 trucks instead of one. (My previous moves with more things had always been one the same sized truck). Spoken to Jasmine from their sales team and she said I have the option of not hiring the second truck. It felt like a ransome situation as it was moving Day and I were not to move my main furniture that were in the second truck?!!!! If I knew this, I would have gone with another mover who was charging me the average price of $400+. The moving team lead by Jasper knew I was not happy tried his best to make my move smoother. Appreciate his effort and dedication. All my boxes are intact and nothing broke.

The mover guy came on moving day and said they will charge $600 extra as I have more items. The move got a truck that already had some items in it and they said they won’t remove them. I was forced and harassed to pay extra for another load of truck . Very bad and shocking behaviour.

Fast, responsive and well-handled movers. Throughout the moving journey, it’s hassle free and their guys are so professional at this. In the past, moving takes a ton of energy from myself. But they make it very effortless and smooth. Handling the floor to ensure it will not be scratched. They have speed, can do spirit and passion in helping people to move. Highly recommended, and worth the price of what I’m paying. Kudos to the two guys who helped me. Thank you!

We recently used this moving company for our relocation. The whole crew was so professional and super chill, but gotta give a HUGE shoutout to Jasper - he had great ideas for how to pack everything so nothing got squished, and was cracking jokes which made moving way less stressful.

Jasper and his team moved my 300kg safe box, with professionalism and efficiency. Due to the weight, they had to detach the safe door first. It took time, but they did it efficiently. Jasper team handled the safe box with care. I followed all the way from the departure point to the destination point. Despite the weight, they did not dump or bump that heavy thing into any doors, lifts, steps, during the moving, uploading and downloading process... The safe door, of course, is assembled back to the safe box at the destination point. Jasper team maintained good communication all the way, and they are very polite. They considered our inputs for the appropriate lorry size (compatible with my door width constraints). They appeared timely on the scheduled H-Day. They handled the job with smiles, after their strained grimace, gritted teeth due to the weight lifting. Sometimes they joked "fortunately I had a big breakfast already". Kudos to JC Movers management, who have imparted customer communication skills to the employees. I would recommend JC Movers to any customers.

One of the worst moving experiences – JC Movers is a fraud I had an extremely bad experience with JC Movers. They did not pack my property properly and did not load the items as agreed. The situation became even worse when the second lorry was only half loaded, and I was not informed about this at all. They sent the lorry without my knowledge or consent. Because of their negligence, I was forced to urgently book another lorry just to complete the move. This entire situation felt intentional and seemed to be done only so they could extract more money from me. I have two kids, and packing and moving is already stressful enough. JC Movers showed zero care or empathy—all they cared about was money. In the second lorry, they deliberately left half the lorry empty, placed a mattress in front to make it look occupied, and put their own staff at the back. This company is misleading and dishonest. JC Movers may appear cheap at first, but they will cheat you after loading, leaving you with no option but to pay more. If you value your time, energy, and peace of mind, please look for other alternatives. You will end up paying less and avoiding unnecessary stress by choosing a better service. JC Movers is a fraud. Avoid at all costs.

This team made our house relocation a breeze! The admin team responded quickly and was able to accommodate us on the same day. The movers arrived on time, and all four of them (Terence, Jasper, Eddy, and Alfred) were absolute pros at packing, loading, and unloading. With no fuss and no complaints, they carried out their work cheerfully - they even looked like they were having fun! It was such a pleasant experience, and we would highly recommend them to anyone moving homes. Thank you so much!

One of the worst moving experiences I had in a long time. After repeated requests to transfer my 65” TV in the originally box, the movers transferred it using their TV stand. The result was a scratch on the screen which I saw only when I turned on the TV. When I bought it up after 3 days they completely failed to take responsibility.

They deployed China-based workers on weekends and tried to scam me by using a smaller lorry (which was already one-quarter filled with their own items) to move my belongings. This resulted in a double trip, and they demanded that I pay additional charges. So shady! I shouted at one of the workers to open the lorry, and to my surprise, my items could have easily fit inside if it wasn’t already filled with their things. Initially, they refused to open the lorry, so I had to shout in the car park for the entire block to hear, just to get transparency as to why double trip is needed. When they finally opened it, I confirmed that many of the items inside weren’t even mine. Look at the image I have attached. All of those items aren’t mine. I ended up calling the police, and one of the workers ran away. Lol! Must be working illegally lah! The police instructed the remaining workers to deliver all of my items. I refused to pay for the unnecessary double trip and scolded one of them when he demanded full payment. The company representative also ignored my WhatsApp messages. To avoid this kind of hassle, do not use their services. Read the other one-star reviews, there are plenty. They impose hidden charges and use dirty tactics.
