I can't tell you enough how efficient, friendly and productive these 3 gentlemen were. I am very thankful to have their assistance. Amazing service by Adrian and team Provided boxes on loan for packing, and also provided a reliable fee estimate. On the day itself they were very responsive, communicative and helpful. They were also very efficient and professional, and knew how to handle fragile items. Highly recommended, and would use again!

I am extremely satisfied with the relocation service provided by Adrian and his team at Kaplan. From the start of the site survey, 1st move to storage and then to the new house, Adrian’s team has been very meticulous in ensuring that the items are properly wrapped and secured. Even when packing the items into the truck, Adrian was there to supervise and to ensure that the items are secured onto the truck. Stella service and good job. Will engage Kaplan services for any future relocation.

It’s our second time using Kaplan , our friends have used them a few times as well . Adrian and his team are efficient , polite , professional and very experienced , they made our move hassle free . We trust them handling our expensive and fragile items. I always compare quotes before I commit to a move each time and their pricing is reasonable . Will definitely use them again in the future.

An excellent job done by Adrian and his team from start to finish. I had a very bad experience with another mover so I was naturally wary but Adrian reassured me with his professionalism and transparency. His team was very careful and skilled in transporting heavy and bulky items. They were able to fit my long sofa into the lift (which the previous mover couldn’t and charged me extra for climbing up and down stairs, which is a waste of their own energy). Kaplan’s prices are very reasons for the top-notch service you get. Would highly recommend.

Only 1 Job in the morning thus all teams and total of 8 movers to shift the stuffs from my old house to my new house. Good Teamwork to assists each other and it took less than 2 hours. Thankful and grateful for it.

My ordeal with Kaplan Logistics was beyond disappointing. Adrian's deceitful tactics start with enticingly low quotes, only to inflate with markups and excuses for his miscalculations! I have documented this with photos, complete with date and time stamps, proving that I wrapped these items before your team arrived. Should you have evidence to the contrary, I invite you to present it, as I am prepared to bring this matter to court. It’s incredulous that you would ask about how items were wrapped when they failed to complete the job properly themselves, leaving half of the wrapping to the client, yet still had the audacity to claim they offered to pack up everything?! And, if you truly had a clear conscience, you wouldn't feel the need to worry about truthful reviews or spend time countering claims of dishonest and bullying practices. Accusing others of defamation and attempting to deflect blame only serve to further expose your true character to the public eye. No contract was ever signed, absolving me of any obligation to adhere to their unreasonable demands to both keep and return cartons, especially after they refused to compensate for the missing items. Despite my act of good faith, expecting honesty, adrian twisted his words, even threatening me for not returning cartons that the invoice explicitly stated were paid for. This incident shattered any trust I might have had in positive reviews on Google; I strongly advise against trusting any positive reviews for this dubious company. Dealing with this company is too risky due to their dishonesty and lack of integrity. ——— How the incident unfolded: Adrian hastily assessed my belongings without a thorough analysis, deeming my items as "not much" during the site survey. His negligence resulted in a significantly lower quote compared to other movers. I prefer transparency in quotes, not the misfortune I encountered during a stressful moving day due to his rushed and inadequate assessment. Your statement lacks credibility. I personally wrapped most bulky items, including the king-size mattress, bedside table, TV console, and cabinet storage boxes, with stretch film I purchased. There is no evidence that your workers brought 18 (Read: EIGHTEEN) rolls of stretch film to my old house, given the MINIMAL items for the move. I distinctly remember where I placed the missing rolls, yet you choose to lie and deny their existence, even accusing me of not providing proof. Your suggestion over the phone, claiming I should have noticed the missing items during the rushed move, is absurd and reflects poorly on your company's integrity. This situation is an utter joke, and your company's handling of it is unacceptable. I never agreed to your unsigned quotation. Your groundless accusation seems an attempt to intimidate. My legal team assures me your claim lacks merit without a valid signed agreement. Despite multiple requests to Adrian to collect the cartons by 29th Jan, my concerns were blatantly ignored. Adrian neglected my advice, jeopardizing the safety of the cartons in an area prone to fire hazards. I took preventive measures by relocating them to the void deck, not as a threat but to avoid warnings from the Town Council regarding the storage of flammable items. The invoice indicated payment for 60 cartons, and the additional charge of $500 for 20 extra cartons was unjust, as they did not occupy half a truck load. No mention was made before, during, or after the move regarding the return of cartons. I acted in good faith and honesty, only to face baseless accusations from an individual masquerading as friendly. The integrity of a company depends on the honesty of its employees. Regardless of any documents provided, the undeniable truth remains that your company engages in dishonest and bullying practices. Repent for your actions, as karma may inevitably catch up with you! ————— After reading additional reviews, I fully agree with Adrian's dishonorable and deceitful nature, a sentiment I've long held. His facial features as indicative of malevolence.

Writing a review to thank Adrian for the support he has rendered for my logistic request. I had a lot of questions regarding the whole process, but Adrian patiently explained it all. I had turned down a site visit as I thought I'm happy with just an estimate, but Adrian kindly offered to accommodate to our timing for site survey so that quotation is more accurate (even when we hasn't even engaged his service yet). I would think it's a great experience working with Kaplan. Thanks for the service rendered!!

My house is small but lots of things to be packed up, furthermore with a young toddler around, it would be harder. But really thankful to Kaplan Logistics, my moving experience is very good. Hassle free. Their staff are all very professional and helped me wrap up my fragile items properly. Overall I would highly recommend them. Their service are fantastic and price are reasonable too. You don't have to worry that you will get chop like a carrot.

I booked Kaplan Logistics last minute because my mover went Mia last minute and I had to move out by New Year. Movers came on time and even helped my family to pack our items better. Their reasonable pricing, coupled with superb deliverance of my items safely to my new house, my family are all happy that we get to move in within few hours. Adrian and his team were amazing! Great service and the move was fast. Adrian was extremely patient and friendly. Even though i engaged them at short notice, Adrian was able to accommodate my date and time for the site survey, and provide the quotation really promptly. The moving team was careful throughout the process to ensure our belongings were sufficiently cling-wrapped to prevent damage. They even spent the extra effort to plan out how to fit all our stuff into our storage space. I really appreciate all the help provided and i would be happy to engage them again for my next move.

I have engaged Kaplan Logistics twice and they never fail to disappoint me! Andrian and Dino were our point of contact throughout, even during our first move. Their warm and good customer service are highly commendable! Every member made moving look so easy! They really know what they are doing. There were some loose items I did not pack in boxes, yet they took the time to wrapped those loose items and even use their own boxes so our items are in good condition while moving. I truly appreciate this guys! I had few items I needed to deliver to my brother at the estate next to ours. They were willing to make a detour to deliver the items to my brother. Sincerely, you guys are amazing. Thank you for being understanding and the extra miles you guys went. My husband and I will always have you guys in mind whenever anyone is looking for movers. Chose Kaplan over and above the rest. They are my go to for shifting logistics and furniture. Did 2 house moves with them. Both times, we were happy with their service. The team of Adrian (Boss), Bob, Fahmy and Baba were helpful and courteous at times. These guys are patient and will listen to your needs. Will be shifting on 18 months. Guess whom I will be hiring? Haha

After seeing so many positive reviews from google and word of mouth, i think im the most unlucky. I was helping my mother to coordinate mover. One day before moving, Adrian informed me that they would be there at 10 am . On the same day, he informed at the last minute that he saw wrongly, and our schedule was at 2pm. Fine. Past 3pm no sign of mover. Reason given // Hi Cyndi, i've called Mdm Tan and informed her that we will be late cos the job we are doing now, the condo management insist that movers had to park outside and push in. We are doing the offloading now. Once we are done, we head head there asap // Adrian msged at 1745 informed will reached in 10mins. finally, reached at 7pm. (Okay, maybe peak hours traffic jam) After checking what the stuff to move, guys went down and took things and came back at 830pm (wasted 1.5hrs) SERIOUSLY??? and work ended at 11pm. Although he gave a discount, i didn't want to make the balance payment. But well, since service has already been rendered, i will just pay. I was very disappointed with Adrian. This was my first time employing a moving company but I am so pleased with the experience! The customer service was prompt and courteous, Adrian was in charge of our house moving and he was very thorough with our house survey. The staff was professional, timely and in good spirits on moving day despite the heat and it being the fasting period. Box collection post moving was also easy enough to arrange, I'll definitely look for KAPLAN logistics again for any future house moves!!

For the price they charge , the quality of handling is really bad. My furniture came back with broken legs and dents to the wood. The bottom of the sofa and chairs had disintegrated after the storage. Really disappointing service

Writing this long positive review as it was my first house moving, I was nervous after reading other companies' bad stories. Chose Kaplan because of their good reviews and indeed they provided a smooth and no-stress move. Pricing is competitive and the packing service add-on a good deal. So glad we opted for it, Kaplan sent four guys the day before move and completed packing in about four hours. We had bulky furniture - solid teak dining table, teak beds, massage chair and home appliances etc. They disassembled the big pieces for moving and took great care of everything during the move. Even fragile items like wine glass and crockery were intact; great job by packing team. Kudos to the team, Adrian, Fahmy, John George and those I didn't get your names! A polite, helpful and hardworking team. I have just referred you to a friend who is looking for mover.

It is my first time using Kaplan Logistics for our move as well as using their storage facility for a few months. It has been a great experience. They are polite, on time, professional, responsible and reasonably priced. It was a breeze from coordination to operation via sms with Adrian. What I am most impressed is that they use cardboard (besides bubble wrapped) to protect our wood furniture and paintings. I would highly recommend them but you need to take note that they are in high demand and advance booking is needed.

Generally efficient. Especially Fazil (hope I get his name right) , fast, strong and leads the team well. Move were not perfect with a few damages including a QLED TV as well as couple of other items which Adrian decided to push back on any responsibilities or whatsoever. 3 ⭐️ for the hard work they put in for both of my moves , but also to reflect on some glaring areas which needs to be improved.
