Called Company and told them I want to plant grass to my garden. They said they will provide me a quotation. After 3 calls, still no quote. Looks like they are not keen to do small job and don't even bother to reply.

Got in touch with King’s for some works to be done in my garden. Radio silence. Next day, I wrote again, and managed to get a reply. Arranged a site visit based on King’s choice of day and time (11am). At 11.09am, still no show. So I messaged to ask for ETA. Got a reply 10 mins later that they couldn’t make it at the agreed time, and needed to push back to 1pm. I agreed, and told them 1.30pm instead so that they needed not rush. At 1.42pm, I had to message first to ask for their whereabouts, before I was told they’ll only arrive 5 mins later. Site visit was completed. Then radio silence. I messaged George again. Absolutely MIA. It’s a straightforward situation. If they’re not keen on the job, just be upfront about it. I’m cool. If they’re going to be late, have the basic courtesy to inform me. I’m cool too. I’ve since engaged someone else to get the job done. Easy communication and timely arrival and follow-ups.

Had found King's on Bark and could not be happier with the results! Engaged them to help with a tree removals in our backyard and it was professionally handled, even went to the neighbors place to help tidy up...I think the service speaks for itself when the neighbors from a few doors away came up to ask if they could also engage them for some tree pruning works.

King's Landscape was very professional. They arrived on time and got the job done in record time. They were able to prune the trees around the perimeter of my house without damage and without too much of debris even in tight areas. They were able to clean and dispose of the debris on my, my 2 surrounding neighbours without too much fuss. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants tree pruning and garden services done professionally!
