Alan and team were professional, helpful and polite. It was not an easy job moving my heavy items up to my apartment on the fourth floor without lift access, but they tackled the task quickly and creatively and took great care of my belongings. All this at a very reasonable price too. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional mover.

It was my first time engaging LS Mover (Alan and his team), and I had a great experience! They were punctual and arrived at my place on time. The team was very professional in assessing the items to be moved and preparing the necessary trolleys and equipment. They were also very efficient and managed to move everything within just two hours. The final cost was exactly as quoted, with no additional charges or hidden fees. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would strongly recommend Alan and his team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service!

This is my first time hiring a mover service and LS mover team was punctual and efficient. Team (Ah Yang, Ah Yan, Ah Sheng and Hieu) was friendly and professional, even helping to suggest and evaluate where best to place appliances. Communication with Cheng was also prompt and easy. Appreciate the team and would gladly engage them again.

I engaged LS House Movers for my move today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the very first WhatsApp conversation, the communication was fast, responsive, and highly efficient. On moving day, the team arrived exactly on time with sufficient manpower, and everything was well organized. A special shout-out to Alan, who led the team professionally. He was meticulous, responsible, and ensured every item was handled with great care. The team worked efficiently while following all the management office’s moving rules and procedures without any issues. I’ve used several moving companies in the past, but none have come close to the level of professionalism, organization, and service provided by LS House Movers. This was by far the smoothest moving experience I’ve had. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company!

This is the second time we've engaged LS House Mover, and once again, Alan and his team exceeded our expectations. From the planning stage to the completion of the move, the team was highly professional, punctual, well-organized, and efficient. They handled every item with great care and ensured the entire relocation was completed smoothly. The most challenging part of our move was dismantling and reinstalling our office cubicle workstations. It required skill, patience, and precision, and Alan's team did an outstanding job. Everything was reassembled properly, securely, and with excellent attention to detail. What impressed us most was their positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to go the extra mile whenever we needed assistance. They worked tirelessly while maintaining a high standard of workmanship throughout the project. Thank you, Alan and the entire team, for another smooth and stress-free office move. We truly appreciate your professionalism and dedication, and we will definitely engage LS House Mover again in the future. Highly recommended!

Top-notch service from LS ! 👍 Moved from Le Crescendo to Livia on 28 Apr 2026. The boss Cheng is incredibly professional, responsive, and made the scheduling process seamless. Alan is an AMAZING supervisor ✌️. Super experienced, incredibly knowleageble! Specifically, he handled my piano with extreme care, ensuring it was wrapped and secured properly. Very attentive to detail during the entire move 👏. True specialists, not just general movers! Highly recommended 👌.

All were nicely done. Your guys worked fast and efficient. The 3 of them are very polite, even with last minute request to help me dispose 3 items were accepted without excuses. They know their job well. Connie, whom I have been communicating, is very understanding to my needs during this house moving. She provided the support and advise that I requested. Instruction was well followed by every staff. In the future, I will contact you again if I need moving service. And I will refer my friends to you if they need help in moving. I recently engaged this mover for a small move and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience communicating with Mr. Cheng. I asked several simple questions multiple times but was unable to get clear answers. For example: Whether I am allowed to sit in the front seat with the driver during the move, or if I need to arrange my own transport to the new place. How and when the boxes could be delivered to me before the actual moving date, and whether I needed to self-collect them. Despite asking these questions repeatedly, I did not receive a direct response, which made the planning process very confusing. Initially, I was offered a moving slot from 4–5pm. Since I am only moving from a single room with relatively few items, I asked politely if an earlier slot might be possible as the move would likely not take long. Instead of simply explaining the constraint, I was told to find another mover if I was not satisfied. This response felt quite unprofessional and dismissive. As a customer, I was only trying to clarify the arrangements before confirming the service. I can’t help but feel that because the quoted price was only $150, my booking was not considered important. Regardless of the job size, every customer should still be treated with basic courtesy and clear communication. Perhaps their moving service is actually good — I cannot confirm, since I was not even welcomed to be served. However, based on this experience, I would not recommend this mover to my friends.

Extremely impressed with LS House Movers Singapore in shifting the items from storage space to new house. A 14 foot lorry arrived and led by Ah Yang and two assistants. Every carton was carried and placed carefully. In addition, the boss Mr Cheng whom we first contacted did not upcharge us and told us to pay after job is completed. Highly recommended!

Sambath, Ye liping, and Ah shui were amazing and really helpful with the move!! Honestly, I didn't expect to have so much crap moved to the new house, but oh well, here we are. I had expected them to be stroppy when I realised there's more items than anticipated, but they were really kind and understanding about it. I had 2 cats with me too, and they were really gentle with my furboys. Their boss, Cheng was also such a delight to liaise with. Extremely transparent and friendly. Too bad he was not feeling well as I'd love to have put a face on the exceptional service communicated via WhatsApp. The team were really gentle with my things and I am SO GLAD that I had them as my movers. The rate was reasonable and I HIGHLY recommend them for your move. They do provide boxes at a small price, and half refunded upon return. Packing items such as bubble wrap, tape, newspaper wrap are all provided in advance. Amazing service, so thank you so much to the 4 of them for making my move less stressful than it would have inevitably been!!!

From transparent pricing, to prompr service, to actual professional moving (By Alan and Ah Yang), I am very happy. I have used a few mover companies before, but not satisfied (spoilt my stuff and even stole my stuff). This is the best by far. Thank you LS.

I chose to contact LS Movers after comparing prices among other companies. William from sales was really responsive and helpful! Even when I last minute added in another request for another day, he was able to squeeze my job in! Alan and team from Operations were really smiley, good spirited, friendly, efficient and careful when they came to move my items nearing end of a long tiring day. Such amazingly good attitude is commendable! LS Movers definitely deserves a big thumbs up 👍 from my husband and me! Highly recommend LS Movers to everyone out there!

Had an excellent experience with LS Movers, the team — Yang, Yu Long & Zhuo Lang — were efficient & extremely careful with all my furniture, ensuring nothing was damaged. All the staff clearly know their work very well & also familiar with my condo management’s procedures from past experience, which is a big plus given how challenging the management can be. Despite having to take a long route to move my items from one block to another within the same project, the team handled everything smoothly & professionally. Highly recommended!
