In the end did not engage their service because the person at the other end of the whatsapp took ages to respond. I had a shattered bathroom door in the wee hours of a Sunday and I was hoping for a prompt assistance in probably getting a replacement door before CNY 2025. At the beginning of the whatsapp conversation, the person probably took less than an hour to revert. Manages to arrange a guy to come my place took measurement. Thereafter, it just went downhill. No response even after hours of waiting. I know this may be a busy period but since you do not see the urgent need or wanting to close this business deal with me, I rather not waste time.
