While I was largely satisfied with the price and quality of the repairs, I was very turned off by the quotation of $80 to replace the seals which i eventually got from Shopee for $20. I deemed the markup unreasonable.

When I contacted them for a repair, they were quite attentive, providing a same-day quotation and scheduling the job swiftly. The technicians who arrived to perform the repair were competent, friendly, and knowledgable. They carefully explained the repair process and patiently answered all of my queries. I was very impressed by their safety precautions, which included using drop cloths and wearing adequate safety gear. The repair process was conducted fast and efficiently.
