We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this moving company! Bashar and his team managed to move our entire apartment to our new place and unpack everything all within one day, which was incredibly impressive.
Everyone was incredibly professional, polite, cheerful, and friendly throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, especially when we needed to rearrange and move things around in the new apartment. We recently used this moving company for both packing and moving, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
What was originally estimated to take 2 days was completed in just 1 day. The team arrived, got straight to work, and everything was incredibly well planned and executed. I was genuinely amazed at how efficient, organised, and fast they were without compromising on care.
They labelled all the boxes clearly, which has made unpacking so much easier for us. Most impressively, not a single item was damaged, even though we have quite an extensive whiskey and wine collection, everything arrived perfectly intact.
From the initial quotation (with Jackie coming down to assess our place) through to customer service and the moving day itself, the experience was exceptional. Their pricing was also very fair, with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises.

From start to finish these guys were the best. They replied to my email and WhatsApp queries quickly, and sent a salesperson promptly to assess the goods to be moved. Price was very reasonable and they even have a decent cancellation policy.
Response time with Yunis is always very fast and helpful.
On the day itself the team were highly professional and courteous. They disassembled and re-assembled lots of furniture, wrapped everything well, and even helped fix one or two small things that were broken in the new place. From start to finish was about 2 hours only. Very happy with the service, and would highly recommend.

Arranged for 2pm but company called to change to 12.30pm. My family agreed and adjusted our schedule to fit their timing. But movers came one hour later. No one called to inform us they will be delayed. Only after i called then they inform us to wait longer. Why change to earlier time slot when you cannot meet the timing? And why no one ingirm us earlier there is a delay?

From Cindy who patiently replied my 101 questions, Jacky who came on-site and delivered the pre-move packing materials, and the operations team of Thiru & his crew.
They arrived on time, earlier in fact, and were extremely efficient. I requested - Packing, Moving, Disposal, Storage, Secondary Location and they were adaptable to all my requirements.
The moving crew took effort to wrap, pack & transport my belongings safely.

We recently moved from Holland V area and Phoenix Movers did an excellent job from start to finish. The team arrived on time with a large, well-coordinated crew. They packed everything quickly and carefully. Not a single item was broken! What stood out most was their attention to detail: they individually packed fragile items and handled every box with care.

Was really happy with Phoenix Mover services. From my first interactions with Yunis, we had a great experience - customer service was extremely prompt and efficient (almost getting responses instantly), packing service was also performed very smoothly and quickly, with everything packed properly and the whole moving process was seamless - nothing was broken most importantly and everything was taken care of. The staff were all lovely, helpful and worked extremely hard. Pricing was also super competitive and better than most other companies I got quotes from. Would 200% recommend their services!

Try moving a three-person household across the island, by yourself, into a smaller apartment. And no Marie Kondo around.
Phoenix did an outstanding job, from quotation to delivery and set-up. Quotation included useful options. They kept me informed proactively and answered questions efficiently. They coordinated across origin and destination, with me in copy.
And as for the actual move: everyone was clearly kept informed from start to end. The moving team not only helped box and wrap (TV, mattresses, etc): they delivered boxes in advance so I could start packing. On the day itself, their teamwork was clearly visible. Also, they explored and advised with me from room to room what else needed packing.
Highly recommended!
