Please be aware of this place. When trolley was pushed to the car, our bag of soil was missing. Promised to give a bag for a free soil, on the way to our car, it went missing as we were walking infront. When we asked it back, they gave us ⅕ of the soil. Not a pleasant customer service
Response from the business
Dear, Lin Jeamne
Thank you for posting a review and we’re sorry to hear our services have not met your expectations.
I have checked with our salespeople at our garden centre and reviewed our CCTV footage. It seems that you have bought bags of soil from us and requested for repotting services to the new plastic pots. During the repotting process, our salespeople have forgotten to give the balance soil leftover from repotting back (which is the 1/5 of the soil) to you.
In this case, this is our mistake for forgetting to give you back and/or to check with you if you want the balance soil leftover back. We apologize for this incident and I have also reminded my sales team that we must give the balance soil leftover to customer as they are already paid for.
Secondly, you seem have to have misunderstood that we will be giving you a free bag of soil when we just want to give the balance soil leftover after the repotting service. Our salespeople have not promised you any free bag of soil at any point of time. There is no free bag of soil when my salespeople are assisting you in loading your plants and items onto your vehicle and we want to be clear about this.
Our salespeople have also given you an overall discount on your total purchases after you have asked for freebies (15cm plastic pot x 2). which I believe my salespeople have already done their best to give you the best deal.
Nevertheless, I have forwarded your feedback to our salespeople at our garden centre and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Went during cny period. Wanted to buy some plants but they asked us to wait because they were unloading plants. But while they were unloading there were at least 2 staff idling and doing nothing. In the end waited for an hour. Not customer oriented.

I have forwarded your feedback to our salespeople at our garden centre and we assure you that we will do our best to make sure that this does not happen again.

Engaged their landscaping service. The after sales service aren't great. Little communication on how to care for the plants . The grass turfing aren't leveled and result in water ponding at some parts. Made many calls and messages to the landscaping team lead, many were left unanswered. After a year odd, many plants withered and died. Went to the nursery, the workers aren't exactly knowledgeable nor helpful. Pricing vary cos there is no labels.
Response from the business
Dear *Cho*,
Thank you for posting a review and we’re sorry to hear that our landscaping team did not respond to your enquiries in a prompt manner.

Nice nursery with lots of variety. There is no price tag but the price quoted is consistent and reasonable. They have small plants in front and lot of bigger plants at the back of this nursery. The small plants areas are sheltered but the bigger plants areas mainly exposed to the sun.
They do have nice collection or orchids.
They don't have a huge collection of 'accessories' such pots, fertilizers, treatments etc...

Went over to buy CNY plant. Place is neat and easy to walk around. Price is reasonable, and they have huge variety of plants for you to choose. Only downside is there is no public transport around so if you don't drive that could be a problem.
Response from the business

Found this place by chance and decided to give it a go. Plants and trees are very reasonably priced. Friendly staff. They will drive you around in a buggy if you want to look at more plants as it can be quite hot to walk about. If you have pictures of your pots, they will also suggest what plants to get.

What a great place!
They have a great selection of mature, healthy plants and trees, some which are very hard to find in the regular nurseries, along with some interesting smaller indoor plants.
The staff were super helpful, friendly and really looked after us. We highly recommend the trip out there if you are looking for something that is well priced and a bit different to the usual nursery offering.

A pleasant surprise to find lots of succulents with different varieties which were not found in other nurseries. From the way they were displayed, one can tell that they were well taken care of. We were very happy with what we have picked but will definitely come back to buy other plants.

Good quality plants at affordable prices, with extensive variety. Friendly staff will always help you with moving the plants all the way into your car. Able to pay by paylah as well.
5.0Leonard L.
My first visit there this weekend and definitely will be repeating visits again for gardening needs and plants. Variety of plants may not be as plentiful, and a little haphazard in the display. Example, herbs are not found in the same area.
But the friendly and helpful aunty boss and her staff and competitive pricing more than makes up for the no frills display. She was so patient and polite in serving so many customers at the same time. 👍👏
5.0Teo
Pleasant and helpful staff. We bought some potted herbs at a reasonable price.
