I moved into Singapore from Qatar 3 weeks ago, and my experience was truly exceptional thanks to Jenne and Alicia. Since the first moment we met until at this very moment, their kindness and support made my relocation experience remarkable and so smooth. As someone very new to this region, I truly value their insights and suggestions, and already benefited it in many aspects of my daily life. Extremely Disappointed: 13+ Weeks and Still No Delivery I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Santa Fe Relocation. It has been over 13+ weeks since my shipment was dispatched from Singapore, and I am still waiting for my household goods despite completing customs clearance on time. Throughout this process, communication has been poor, updates have been inconsistent, and I have repeatedly had to follow up myself for information. Being without essential household items for such a long period has caused significant inconvenience for my family after relocating to Canada. The delays and lack of urgency have made this experience very stressful. Santa Fe needs to improve its delivery timelines, provide proactive communication, and take ownership when shipments are delayed. I expected a professional relocation service, but unfortunately this experience has been far below expectations.

Santa Fe Relocation Singapore did a wonderful job in helping us relocating from Hong Kong to Singapore. Evon Lum took great care of us and made our arrival in Singapore super smooth which was much appreciated especially with young kids.

Exceptional Service and Professionalism from Kristin Goh. I had the pleasure of working with Kristin Goh from Sante Fe Relocation while exploring options for an international move. Kristin was exceptionally professional, transparent, and responsive throughout the process. Her quotation provided a clear understanding of the costs involved, which helped us make an informed decision. Although we ultimately decided not to engage movers due to our own considerations around flexibility, opportunity cost, and the short duration of our stay, the decision was not a reflection of the service provided. Kristin was honest, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to reach out to her and Sante Fe Relocation for future moves and highly recommend her to anyone considering relocation services.

Great experience using Sante Fe to ship from Singapore to Copenhagen, the packing was great and delivered on time as suggested upfront with no hidden costs. The goods arrived on time and delivered efficiently and unpacking was quick and easy. No damage to anything. I highly recommend them and I thank them for their hard work.

My overall experience with Santa Fe relocation Sg was smooth as expected. I had used them 8 yrs ago when I first moved in May 2018. First what I like is that the The plan was clear -- 4 steps, 1. First step Assessment of the goods current location Maplewoods. 2. I am advised of the moving team start date - Mon April 27 3. Then the next 3 steps were confirmed: pack, load, deliver/unload; very clear! 4. The on site Supervisor kept the packing flowing and he himself quite busy - the crew was only 4 people. 5. Delivery at the new location went smoothly and Best of all it was how the the Supervisor and one of the crew came back to Maplewoods to spackle the small holes in the walls where pictures had been hung - That service is special and friends of mine told me that their movers never did that. This service is a keeper!! 6. Lastly there was a designated "go to" person I could check on questions about damages, finding a particular box of items and getting advice on final steps. Would I use Santa Fe relocation again -- yes!

After many international moves over the years, Santa Fe is the best relocation company I have experienced. Professional, fast and really helped to minimize the stress of international moves.

My husband and I recently arrived in Singapore and had a great experience with Santa Fe, who understood the significance and difficulty of arriving in a completely new country. We stayed at Fraser Suites (a great hotel with friendly staff and a superb location). And during the assistance in finding an apartment, we were referred to a real estate agent named Peter, who was impeccable. The arrival of our belongings went smoothly, and only one item was damaged. But the staff were ready to help and explain the process of how to claim for the damaged item. Special thanks to Ruth Lockwood for organizing events (hikes) for expatriates and for her willingness to make our integration easier.
