Absolutely horrible scammers! I asked for $300 lorry and he brought a $450 lorry and then tried to charge me for it. I then started crying from the stress of moving and feeling so frustrated and angry at being taken advantage of, then he proceeded to "bargain" with my bf to take the price down to $340. So... that's how much their prices are marked up at least. The mover also insisted the amount in cash, not sure if this is for some criminal reason like tax evasion or skimming profit off the top without the boss knowing. Their behaviour was not really professional either. The mover was some older uncle who was asked inappropriate questions.

Book them in early/mid december and updated them on moving day on 1st February. Deposit given and was promised on 15th Jan, will drop off boxes for packing. However due to me having trust issues, i msg them on 14th Jan, to check the exact timing for boxed droppoff tomorrow. Anyway to cut it short, salesperson peng a few stories (late current delivery, schedule tbc etc) all is in the formula to lose my trust in them and its not even moving day. Today 15th Jan, little to no news until i prompt and msg them. Following my wife and my guts feeling. Decided to just cancel on them. After all the past review in this googleReview, kinda true so better cancel them. If not, moving day another story liao. So yeah cancel them and decided to find another well known movers. Dun mind the price and cost and last minute!!! save the hassle than risk it. The deposits, we malay say *halalkan* and hope they reflect on all this feedbacks.

Really bad service. Please avoid! The movers initially seemed price wise reasonable so we engaged them but little did we know that it will cost us a lot more eventually. 1. Post giving the booking amount, they send you extremely delayed or no responses. You keep chasing them for everything 2. Day of the move: they arrive late. Our experience was 3 hours late. You also keep chasing them to respond but they don’t engage with you properly 3. Packaging: Really Really bad. Use transparent cellophane paper like material. They stack everything on top of each other or on the side, including breakable items like TV (declining the offer for using the TV box). Had to ask them to get bubble wrap at least 20 times before they got it from their truck downstairs. Rush through everything and don’t care if something breaks. 3. Attitude: Extremely bad! They are not apologetic or collaborative about anything. Will give you only rude responses on the packaging day and beyond. 3. Outcome: Broke a new cupboard, pots, ruined a few paintings. TV somehow came in one piece despite bad packaging. 4. Follow up on broken items: you will keep chasing them for months. I think their strategy is that you will eventually give up, we got some compensation in a month when I was about to file a police complaint/ engage consumer court. Unprofessional people overall as well!

Full with fake 5Stars reviews. Name is tiptop but service is REALLY TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CONTACTABLE AFTER PAID DEPOSITE and even chasing so many times very late response. "GERALD" is active and reply very fast before collection deposit and after that he ghosted and NEVER KEEP HIS WORDS.

Please avoid using them at all cost! Once the deposit is made, every other thing just went down hill! Called to remind them of my move 2 days prior and yet they were late for 2.5 hrs and only 2 movers showed up ( when was promised and committed at least 3-4 movers). Tried calling the person in charge ( known as Gerald - non responsive and rude!). The 2 movers were unable to shift my piano for the required internal Move ( this was clearly communicated during the presales stage that we needed experienced/specialised movers for the piano), then came the drama after the duo struggled for more than 1.5 hrs trying to figure out a way to handle the piano move. One of the 2 movers expressed that “ he is not a mover but doing a part time/ad-hoc job , he thinks that he need more help to do the job and asked how much I was quoted for the job, indicated that if it works for me, he could get my his own manpower to help !!!) sensing something amiss, I eventually got through Gerald on the line (putting him speaker) with the mover to “sort things through”! From the call ( the mover did not dare mention abt getting his own resources!! ) the 2 movers were supposed to move the other items while more resources to be dispatched in the next 30-45 mins ! After the call ended, the 2 movers left without notice!!! Left in such limbo, Gerald was yet again non responsive !!!! Then after many attempts of pressing on, finally managed to have Gerald arranged another team (this time with 4 in a group) turning up at 15 15 late again from what was agreed at 13 30 , note that my move was scheduled at 0900 !) … For this team, while the move was eventually completed (close to 1800 ) they called up several times after the job to ask for more payment and when I told them that the amount I paid them directly was per the quote Gerald had provided and that I had already paid $100 as deposit of which they can verify directly with Gerald… that’s where their calling stopped ! The whole experience was just bizarre!! This setup of this company is dubious ! They are not only unprofessional but dishonest with no work entic! Those complimenting reviews on their homepage is really questionable!!! In looking up the more recent reviews on them… it looks like there are many others with different complaints, if only i had encountered those warning signs earlier !!! so pl, research your choice of movers used ( avoid using this one please!!) …look up reviews on them from different sources just to be more cautious and certain!!

Do not engage them due to the following reason: 1. Not responsive on the SMS once you pay deposit. 2. I paid for 15 foot truck load, showed up only 10 foot truck, though they informed me few day before the move and reduced price from $280 to 250. 3. At first they will tell you to deposit $50 to book slot but during move they will tell you again the $50 cannot deducted from the payment, it will refund to you if complimentary boxes are return.

Cheater and fraud company, sales guy will give a different quote and then the delivery guys will ask something else. Am still following up on my deposit money from months but no reply. All 5 star reviews are fake reviews

Response time is quick, quotation is also fuss free. I had an additional location to drop off items and had added few more items to first location, they were very professional and friendly, no issue just do and be merry. 2nd load was to warehouse, I'm amazed by how fast they managed to empty the shop and went extra mile to double layer some of my bulky items i needed to wrap. I just literally stood aside n shake leg. Excellent work and service, highly recommended them!

Boxes no delivery after making me wait for 3 different days. End up, say change mover company, ask me go for afternoon slot instead. Terrible.

Do not engage them. 1. They quoted 1.5 lorry initially and charged for 4 lorries in the end. Which result in the final cost being higher than much reputable companies(I compared the quotes before engaging them). 2. Also for long push price, despite the management’s initial explanation (i.e. they said it will be charged according to the distance, if needed at all) the movers tried to charge flat 100 additional bucks for each load(which is for much longer distance) when the actual distance was less than 30m( which per initial explanation is free of charge). 3. The movers went for lunch in the middle of the moving which is ok, but they left our items unattended with lorry doors fully open. 4. Actually thanks to #3, I could finally have a look at what they call as ‘full lorry’. Quarter of the lorry was taken up by their fillers which they didn’t even need for our moving (red circle in the pic). That was there for all four lorries, meaning I paid for one full lorry price just for them to move around their own luggage. Not just that, you can see how much extra room is there in the space when they said lorry is ‘full’ thus we need to pay for extra lorries. 5. The mover tried to negotiate the price at the end of 3rd lorry shipment after my husband left to the receiving end. I’m 9 months pregnant and he was shouting and threatening at me and said if I don’t agree to the price he quote on the spot (which was more than double of initial quote), he will move our remaining items to their own storage until we agree. I raised the issue to the management side on the moving date itself, but no follow up for one month, despite several chasers. Extremely disappointing experience and you certainly do not want to go through the same on your moving date.

Crew arrived 1.5hrs late and couldn't fit in 2 loads - even though someone came to site earlier to evaluate in person. AND the same amount of stuff fit in 2 loads 2 years earlier by the same company (different crew). Very unprofessional. Had to pay $150 extra or leave items in the old apartment. Never using this company again.

Used them 2 years ago for house removal. Price quoted was reasonable but I never got back my deposit despite having returned the boxes. Called and texted person in charge multiple times but he never responded. In the end, deposit gone!

you dont rent a van you rent half a trolley you dont pay for real price, you pay double thanks to additionnal if you try to squeez they will send you to lalamove then if you give your feedback they will block you

Difficult to contact the sales person especially after the move. They still have not refund me my deposit nearly a month since my move. Called up 3 times and was assured will expedite my refund. Sales person still has not replied me. They even missed the time they supposed to send boxes to me by the way. No call no explanation. Not recommended.

Engage them at your own risk!! The person who booked my appointment was prompt. The mover guys that came was ok. I dont mind they having tagged or tatooes all over their body cos we all need to work and put food on our table. The one dealing with me very ah beng and haolian. Treatened me just because my things he cannot move. Said he 14 yrs old started working already n he knows what can be done n cannot be done. I really regretted engaging them. Only 2 person carry my things. Then when cannot, wants to leave my things just like that under the block if i'm not happy with it. Whereas they already collected the deposit. I have no choice but to comply. Then the lorry almost full n lucky ngam2 enough to put my things also. End of the job, he demanded for extra money. No choice but i got to pay. His voice so loud cos i am only a lady there. Pls becareful. Take at your own risk.

This company is not honest with their pricing. If anyone wants to hire any moving company, I would highly recommend NOT to choose them. Their staff have very poor attitudes, are unwilling to help, didn't complete the job and tried to rip customers off on the spot. Do not waste money hiring this company.

Had a short notice moving plan during 3rd day of CNY. Tip Top Movers whatsapp customer service is very informative with cost estimation as well as accommodating to the date. As most companies are closed during public holiday, they are the rare one who continued the service without weekend/holiday surcharges nor hidden cost. (eg: another company quoted $850 with CNY+Valentine surcharge for 14 Feb, not joking.) The gentlemen were really experienced, took lesser than half of the time estimated to load (didn't have any furniture, just boxes of belongings). Thank you for accepting my urgent request and will definitely choose Tip Top Movers in the future as well. :)

WORST EXPERIENCED EVER. They confirmed the date to send boxes but missed 3 times, I needed to chase and push hard them to send boxes. I also paid 100 bucks for them to get permission of moving on both current and new premises and asked them to get it done 2 weeks ago, they confirmed, I chased them a lot of times but they only said I will do it, I will do it but eventually did that just two days before moving. Permission should be done at least 3 days earlier so I needed to visit and bag/explain and resolve this issue. They confirmed total cost $600 for moving but during the actual moving day, guys did first batch and then suddenly insisted price needs to be $1700 as my stuff is a lot but suggested to discount to $1600? Called Sales guy but he said three times sorry bro and that's it. Guys not moving, but I had to finish on that day, I eventually paid $1550. Extremely sick and tired of this company. I see people below complained about the same experiences like rudeness and hidden charges, seems like they abuse hidden charge and very frequently happening.

Their service is definitely worth it for your money. Fast response from jeral for a last min move, Got me boxes as soon as an hour and moving of one lorry only took less then 1 hrs. Kudos to Tip Top Moving

I have been searching movers through internet and one of my friend introduce tip top movers to me. The guy name gerald is a very trusted guy and you can have 100% let him do the planning for your storage and arrangement. Their prices is damn worth it and good service and good quality. The best thing also when we request boxes or more, gerald no question ask and provide us the boxes that we needed, not like other movers company boxes also charge with fee!. Tip top movers definitely is the best and most recommended mover to choose on. When you need movers, choose TIP TOP mover you will no regret.

One of the mover was rude knowing that I have a lot of stuffs to move. I think they have a tight schedule that is why they seem a little impatient. Also there are a lot of HIDDEN CHARGES!! They quoted $158nett but ended up adding this and that. Turned out they charged me $350+!! I definitely will not look for this mover anymore. I wonder why the ratings are high on Google. Totally not true!

Very very bad quality service and not professional at all. Beware of them! They will give you a low quotation but then as soon as they arrive, they will say your items are more than what you informed them although you have stated every items in your email confirmation. They will demand for 1.5x - 2x to start work. At that point you can not turn them down as it is too late to find another mover. They will give another excuse tat their truck needs to make 2 trips. But their truck is quarter filled with their items which they will say will be used for packing. Don’t believe them because clearly the items are there to make it seem like there is no more space. They will do things very fast without a care for your furniture as well. Almost like throwing it around. Very bad attitude. That is their modus operandi. I will file a complaint to the consumer authorities. Definitely hot honest business people

Dishonest company with no standard, the movers broke 1 leg stand of my table and didnt let us know on the spot, instead just kept quiet and collect the payment and left. Only for us to find out later , we contacted the boss regarding this issue and he said will check with the mover and get back to us. Apparently he just MIA without any compensation or the least an apology. DO NOT contact this company for moving, unethical.

The team misquoted the move claiming I had added more items (I hadn't) and i had no other choice to pay double on moving day. They broke my tv and scratched the front door, and are refusing to pay for damages. The contact listed on their website informed me that they have no insurance. They arrived late and hurriedly bundled everything together (including the TV on its smallest edge). They insultingly offered to pay 30 dollars for my 4k TV. I'm now having to take them to small claims court because of their cowboy business practices Edit: after a lot of chasing, the owner finally got involved, checked the TV details, checked if it was worth repairing, and repaid us the amount we asked for, a month later
