Had difficulty with my sliding wooden door due to the broken rollers. The 2 staff that came to repair them not only did a good job but were also meticulous with their work. After fixing the rollers, there was an issue with the alignment to lock the door, the guy stopped at nothing but conscientiously did all he could to get the alignment right! They took their time without rushing and I could see the effort he took! After finishing the work, they vacuumed and clean up the floor! I was very impressed with their dedication and a Big Thank You to the 2 gentleman who attended to this! Well done!

Brilliant service, very prompt in replying. The technicians arrived on time, were very polite and left no mess. My door frame had moved due to the wind catching the door off the magnetic stopper and slamming the door closed. The technicians realigned the frame and also adjusted the magnetic stopper. Definitely recommend.

Sincere Repair Services was most efficient in installing an architrave for my toilet door frame at $380. The polite workers were punctual on both occasions ie measuring (20 min) and installing (an hour) and quietly completed their tasks. The architrave was ready in a fortnight.

Excellent job done! Repairmen did not give up trying to rectify the problem though it looked seemingly impossible at first. They also made sure no creaking sound and door could close properly before leaving. Recommended.

They did an excellent job. My door was jammed stuck due to a poor installation of the latch by the original contractor and was damaged whilst it was forced opened. They came and managed to remove the door and put it together and removed the part of the latch that was causing the problem. And now I have a working sliding door again. Highly recommended.

May I express my thanks to Ah Xiang and Mr Tan who came to my place to fix a wooden sliding door problem. Ah Xiang is especially professional and meticulous. He has very good carpentry and problem solving skills. He did a wonderful job in rectifying the problem and the door now functions better than new. Thank you, Ah Xiang. :)

One of the worst so called door repair service provider I have met in my entire life! That boss Eric is impatient, talks like a gangster and tells you he’s busy, take it or leave it when I tried to negotiate price.

Liaised with Eric and he is responsive and prompt. Sent him photos and video of the problematic Wooden sliding door and he immediately estimated a quote. He scheduled the work based on my preferred date and time. He sent Xiang and Ah Tan. Xiang is brilliant and experience. He took less than 5 min to diagnose and he knew the root cause. He fixed it in less than 15min, and he coordinated well with Ah Tan. After fixing, both gave good advice on how to maintain such wooden sliding door. Will definitely engage them in future. Will also refer them to neighbours who need to do similar repair work. Good job.

Highly professional in this field. As I am from interior line too, I could see & analyse their expertise. Takes time about 2 weeks to prepare the wood piece from factory which is acceptable since it must come from the wood manufacturer. But the fitting was done perfectly and in short time. They came as team and all are well experienced. Great job and smooth work flow with them. I recommend.

Was looking for contractor to repair my folding door roller guide. Found some contractors from internet and Sincere was one of the few who responded promptly. Contacted Sincere on Tue to arrange repair on Sat. His men came in the morning to check my door condition and parts needed to repair. Came back afternoon and did the repair. His men were professional and skilled. Adjusted the door and ensure it function smoothly with no misalignment. I am a happy customer. Recommended.

Time wasting experience trying to engage this supposedly 4.1 out of 5 rated contractor to replace my bathroom glass hinges. Made me waited at home when he himself told me the appt date/time over the phone. i send whatsapp to the business account to document the date/time of the appt and yet he never respond anything (so one will beleive the appt is as per what he said) the day no one turn up he tell me he did not confirmed as people all went back malaysia need to wait for return. Nevermind I ask to make another appt which he did commit a date which is 3 weeks later. Today I ask him to share a photo of hinges he is using tommorow, he send me a blur picture but i still can make out it is the same model i am using currently which is fine. Then ask him if appt is confirmed tommorrow which he replied some excuse that he need to cancel appt because i ask for photo and he need to go back office to take one for me. Really lame as the workers would have the hinges ready for the work tommorrow and can send me before coming down if he really want to do so rather than cancelling the appt. This is the worst customer service i've ever experience, bad communications, utterly unprofessional and not a bit of sincerity contrary to their business name use. He likely have limited workers due to covid and selective on bigger jobs to do which is understandable at this time but please don't waste my time if this "small" $280 deal is unattractive to engage professionally.

Focus and Efficient I was worried at the start as I read some reviews and some mentioned Eric’s customer service was bad. He came the next day after I called. He’s a man of few words, very focus with the work. Instead of one door, we asked him to repair another as well. Without us asking, he gave us discount and we really appreciate it. Overall, I felt he’s a good handy man, efficient and very focus. He fixed the issue within an hour and we are happy about it. Will look for him again if any door issues next time.

Site visit was fast and arranged on the same evening but informed that they would charge 20$. Problem was found immediately and appointment was fixed in the next few day. Site visit 20$ is waived. Price is reasonable for changing door hingers. My door alignment is perfect now. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Wasted our time and customer service is trash. This guy named eric doesnt know how to do customer service at all. Irritably raised his voice on phone and just couldnt communicate the business to us properly. The bad reviews from years ago are still clearly the same, no improvements. I wish the management would take a look on this issue.

I just called this company to repair my toilet bi fold sliding door. I got a shock of my life when a guy pick up the call & raised his voice for no reason shouting at me. I did not raise my voice at all. He said they don't repair doors, then he said repair door or new door also same price $280.00. I told him thank you for ur "good" service & ended the call before he shout vulgarities at me. If its recorded they can review.

contacted for replacing door hindge which i think the information could be given and estimate price could advise. they said tech will.need to check . One tech came told him need to replace due to sound . i said shall be only a piece . but said must replace by pair and charges is 350$ . Not even able to advise which is faulty. 20$ for one open that is waste of my time and money on them .

Our office door closer was having an issue for some time and we had engaged a few different handyman before. Finally decided to engage Eric and his team to do the repair work instead as they seem to be more specialised in doors and yes they replaced the spring, redid the alignment and also did some carpentry work to the door. Basically quite a fair bit of work which explains why the previous few repairs dint work out well as they only solved a portion of the problem. Definitely worth the 5 star i am giving them. how is their service? very straight talking. no sales talk kinda attitude just get the work done. Thoroughly recommend them for commercial work where you just want the problem solved.

Rude. Rude. Rude. I called in regarding a door repair. For a thumb-size plastic part, he wants to charge 100++. I ask is it that expensive, he says "if so easy, why don't u do it yourself, why call me." I have never said its easy but honestly, I can put the door back myself. i just need the part. Website says charges $20-$30 per trip down. Then he says minimum 2 person do the job, meaning labour cost × 2. I'm a woman. If i can hold the door and fit back now, why need 2 men? Just fit it into the roller track from the top and push in the bottom. I just don't have the part. The door is loose, not spoilt at all. Rude. Impatient, arrogant. I will give zero star if I can. Asked me to change a new door instead, "200++ only ". Basically, just want to learn from new door! Then not advertise as repair company.

Terrible service on the phone. I am asking them if they can replace a small gate door closer. He ask me to send photos to their email. I checked their web-site and can not find any email or mobile number that I can send a photo. Call back, and he said sure have email on the web-site. If dont have , then they can come down and see, and charge $30 for transport. I am shock and can not understand how they operate. Why cant you simply read out your email for me?

Called to enquire the rates, he said $100 to $200+ and needs a visit to confirm cost. If I don't engage him, I need to pay $20 for transport. I said I can send you a video, you don't need to come down. After talking, he hung up... first class.
