Reviews are almost all house moves led by John and Jun Hao's teams, with on-site surveys, free boxes and careful wrapping of a grand piano, fragile pieces and heavy furniture. Of 50 written reviews, 11 say the team came quickly, 8 say they used the business again and 5 say they knew the price before work started. Ask for the free survey first, since customers say it gave a clear quote and the right number of boxes.

We recently engaged Soon Seng Movers for our house move. They were excellent in every regard from start to finish. The agent that came to perform the initial survey was prompt, well-dressed and mannered, and sent me the quote in less than 2 hours from the visit. The company representative that we were in contact with was most prompt, professional and thorough as well. FYI. The move was carried out exactly as expected, the packing and shifting team being careful, engaging, considerat and efficient. Perhaps more importantlly, we had no breakage or damages inclusive of my restored 1933 Steinway grand piano, taking the utmost of care and interest. There was a nice young gentleman named "XM" that lead the teams in an excellent manner. I would recommend Soon Seng Movers without hesitation.

5.0tiara K.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. From the coming down to quote, to the admin follow up for boxes, to the whole moving process on the day itself. We used the exact number of boxes that they estimated (i laughed when i read the other reviews saying this), but it was amazing cos it was double of what i would have estimated. Movers who came down were really fast, efficient, meticulous and polite. Really happy and pleased to have found such a good moving company and will definitely recommend.
Response from the business
Dear tiara kong, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you had a fantastic experience from the initial quotation right through to the move itself.
It made us smile to read your comment about the box estimate! 😊 We always do our best to recommend the right quantity so that everything is packed safely and efficiently, and we're glad it worked out perfectly for your move.
Your kind words about our admin team and movers mean a great deal to us. We'll be sure to share your compliments with everyone involved—they'll be thrilled to know their professionalism, efficiency, and care made a positive difference.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Soon Seng Movers, especially Jason and his team, for the exceptional service they provided during our recent move.
From start to finish, Jason and his team were highly efficient, professional, and remarkably well-coordinated. Even as we dealt with renovation-related challenges caused by our interior designer, they remained upbeat, patient, and positive throughout the entire process.
Their encouraging words, warm attitude, and unwavering cheerfulness had a tremendous impact on us during a particularly stressful time. They did far more than simply transport our belongings—they brought reassurance, positivity, and much-needed support when we needed it most. Their positive energy made what could have been an overwhelming experience far more manageable and pleasant.
We are truly grateful to Jason and his team for their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Their dedication and positive spirit turned a difficult moving experience into one that we will remember with appreciation.

We had a house shifting today with additional scope of storing items at their warehouse. The team was super efficient, after an initial alignment and identification of items for 3 different destinations (new house, storage, disposal), the team members started to work within their stations and occassionally helping another member. It is team work exhibited at its best! We highly recommend their services.
