I had my home CCTV installed by Arjun today. First thing that surprised me was that he was super punctual (as most tradesmen run over time). He was knowledgeable and extremely patient in helping to remove my old system, install and configure the new one. In addition, he also helped me hard wire install and configure my door bell, and it is working beautifully! Thank you for a job done well!

Arjun from TLX Systems was punctual. He introduced himself representing TLX and confirmed the appointment to install the Tapo remote monitoring doorbell device. He explained clearly the possible location options, then provided the best solution and giving the reasons. After i agreed, he proceeded with his work and also helped in registering the new Tapo device to my Tapo app. Once the installation work is done, Arjun provided a demonstration to ensure that i feel comfortable with operating this new Tapo device. Truly satisfied with the overall customer service. Two thumbs up.

Clear/transparent pricing upfront and very systematic. The communication was excellent. Electrician Arjun was very professional and skillful in his trade. The electrical job was done very fast and efficiently. Highly recommended.

We recently installed CCTV at home and had a very good experience with this team. The installer was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was properly set up. Installed my door camera with TLX, installer Ajun was polite and very professional in explaining/setting up the product. He answered all my queries and understood my requirements before starting the installation. Installation was a breeze with good housekeeping carried out. Awesome awesome service from Mike from TLX - he was super patient, clear and detailed with his instructions and everything was a breeze. The setup fuss-free and everything was as advertised - no hidden fees and Mike was super upfront with rates. The product itself was easy to use and Mike went over and beyond in explaining different circumstances (eg change / upgrade of router) and how to navigate accordingly. He is definitely super knowledgeable and dedicated and i highly recommend Mike and team for all your cctv needs!

They had an available slot today and I confirmed it. Installation was so quick and they made sure area was swept before they left. Installer took the trouble to help me remove the old doorbell and place a plastic plate over to cover up the unsightly hole after. Device setup and explanation/tips were all done swiftly. Really no regrets and highly recommended! Thank you very very much for today, was Awesome!

Overall very satisfied with the service. I purchased the d235 doorbell and engaged them for the wired installation service. Installation was fast and the guy who did the job was very friendly and went through all the entire setup process with me. Just to note that you need to get your own sd card which I did not have.

Just bought Tapo CCTV for my home. My CCTV would not remote connect this morning and on contacting TLX System PL - Mike very patiently went through various Sync for me to get it up and testing from all angles. Really excellent service, would highly recommend! I reached out to Mike via Whatsapp and he followed up with a call, explaining the products and services they could provide us in accordance with our needs. Best part is - they managed to push in a last-minute slot in between their appointments (as ours was an urgent situation), and they managed to get the job done within the same day - 3 hours after the phonecall! Great services and the technical specialist team is very knowledgeable and professional. They managed to solve issues and re-route the wiring and reconfigure the CCTV setup that was done many years back by another installer. Will look for them again when I need more CCTV or professional advise in regards to CCTV. Not to forget their prices is extremely competitive and reasonable.

We bought the Ezviz wire-free peephole doorbell from TLX System. We decided to buy from this shop as we were comfortable with Mickey who was very patient in explaining and demonstrating the product features and installation instructions of the wirefree peephole camera.
