I contacted them at 2:00 PM for an urgent relocation, and by 4:30 PM, they had arrived and successfully completed the entire task. Mani, Raja, and their boss, Kabas, were highly professional, respectful, helpful, and efficient throughout the process. What truly stood out was their strong work ethic, integrity, respect, and accountability. They worked together seamlessly and handled the relocation with great care and responsibility. Their service and assistance have been invaluable, and they have definitely become my preferred choice for any future moving or logistical requirements. I would suggest thinking twice before engaging their services, especially if you will not be around to supervise the move or if your time is valuable. During my enquiry, I provided the item description, photos, and explained that the move was from one self-storage facility to another. As I would not be present, I asked for their two preferred time slots. I was told to choose any time after 2pm, so we agreed on a 2:30pm–3:00pm time slot. Some time later, I was asked if the move could be changed to the morning instead. This was confusing because I had already asked for their preferred timing, they had confirmed after 2pm, and we had already agreed on the afternoon slot. I called to clarify and eventually agreed to change it to 9:00am–9:30am as they said it would be more convenient for them. I also asked them to contact me when they were on the way. However, one day before the move, they contacted me again and changed the timing back to 2:30pm–3:00pm. I accepted the change. On the actual day, there was no update from them. At 2:28pm, I messaged to ask if they were on the way but received no reply. At 3:12pm, I sent another message asking for an update and mentioned that I understood if they were delayed, but they should at least inform me. By 3:30pm, I had to call them myself. The reply I got was, "Oh, my driver didn't call you and no one came ah? I asked them to contact you." Shortly after, the driver contacted me and said they will set off now and would arrive around 4:00pm–4:30pm. It was also clear that the driver and moving team were not properly briefed. The driver called me several times to clarify what items were being moved, including my alcohol bottles and cartons, even though I had already provided all the details during confirmation. After the move, I checked the photos they sent and everything looked fine. I sent the payment screenshot, but there was not even a reply acknowledging receipt. The next day, they asked me to leave a Google review. I chose not to respond immediately because I wanted to inspect both storage units and my belongings first. Unfortunately, I found that my luggage handle had been damaged. The moving team did not inform me or apologise, and they simply acted as if nothing had happened. In addition, heavy boxes were stacked on top of lighter ones, causing one of the boxes to be crushed. Overall, what disappointed me most was not just the delay or the damage, but the lack of communication, poor coordination, and absence of accountability. If there are delays or accidents, at least inform the customer and apologise. Good service is not just about moving items, but also about being responsible and keeping customers informed.

the team from the boss himself, Kavas, down to his team.. very professional and polite. communications are clear and prompt. work is efficient and fast. moving of items are with proper plastic covering. this would be my 3rd time engaging them. they 1st did dismantling & moving of my storage beds.. it was transported and assembled back well & good. other times furniture pieces and storeroom items cleanup & disposal very well done. highly recommended.
