Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged $1,400 for moving a 2-bedroom (990 sqft) unit, far higher than what other residents have paid to move WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT.
The pricing was not transparent at all, and the so-called “long-push” charges were never clearly explained beforehand. The website estimate was grossly inaccurate, making it impossible to budget properly.

Everything was super smooth. Quotation given accurately, complimentary boxes dropped off to help with move. They arrived on time and got stuck in immediately once confirming the packing list. Great care taken with all our belongings. No damage and the job was done very quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

Was asking around for quotation and came across Wise move on Google. Sent up my quotation and Wave Movers got back to me. No doubt it’s slightly on the pricier side as we do not require boxes to store or transport and also not transporting any washing machine or fridge etc. Just cabinets and beds and miscellaneous. Was quoted $500 for 2 trips as the bigger lorries are assigned elsewhere.
Communication with Jun Ming was good. On moving day, all was well.
Team leader Uncle Ng was professional and speedy. He knew how to place all the odd shape cabinets nicely in his lorry, just like playing jigsaw puzzle.
He even took proper precaution of the main door kerb when entering the houses, which impressed us.

chose "yourmovers". service was good from the 3 gentlemen that assisted with the move; they were friendly and professional and made sure everything was in order before moving off. the communication before the move, however, could have been better. even after informing the staff of the location, they still insisted on me sending over a video of the path towards the carpark. i arranged this move for my uncle, so such details were not readily available. long story short, i was charged an additional SGD 140.00/- above the quoted price because the push distance was too far. please improve your quoting process.
