Establish that both offer your exact service

A general platform comparison can be misleading. Availability, service categories and booking terms can differ by country and change over time. Check the Singapore booking flow for your address and the specific cleaning task before comparing brands.

This guide does not provide a verified current Urban Company home-cleaning quote. Its aircon services should not be used as a substitute for one.

What Helpling publishes

Helpling's pricing page, checked on 15 September 2026, lists recurring home cleaning from S$21 per hour and one-off cleaning from S$24 per hour. It also lists a S$3.90 platform fee per booking and a S$10 weekend surcharge. Confirm the final amount for your booking on Helpling's pricing page.

Build a comparison you can use

For each available service, record the date, hours, number of cleaners, included tasks and total payable. Check who brings supplies, whether external windows or heavy cleaning are excluded, and what happens if the booked time is insufficient.

Then compare cancellation deadlines, replacement arrangements and the complaint process. Read the terms of any service guarantee rather than treating it as an unconditional refund promise.

Choose on the booking, not the brand alone

A lower hourly rate can still produce a higher total if the minimum duration or additional charges differ. A more expensive booking may include equipment or a task that another excludes. Ask for clarification before paying where the scope is unclear.
