Choose the service for the problem
Routine cleaning, a leaking unit and a system that will not cool are different needs. Record the symptoms, affected units and any error code. Avoid buying a more intensive clean solely because its name sounds more thorough.
What the published page includes
Urban Company's Singapore aircon page, checked on 15 September 2026, lists its FoamJet general service from S$46 for 2 units (S$23 per unit) and S$75 for 1 unit including the condenser, chemical overhaul from S$160, described as dismantling and chemical cleaning. It lists a S$60 repair visit fee for diagnosis, with that fee replaced by the applicable service cost when a service goes ahead. Confirm how this applies to your booking before payment.
Its annual servicing options have multiple visits and a stated validity period. Check the number of units, service frequency, expiry and guarantee terms in the selected package. See the current service page.
These published terms describe the offer; this is not a hands-on assessment of an individual technician's work.
Compare against other providers
Luce (checked via its aircon-servicing page, 15 September 2026) lists a 1-unit one-time service from S$54.50 including GST, or S$19.62 per unit one-time (S$16.35 per unit quarterly) for 11 or more units. Gain City (checked via its aircon-servicing page, 15 September 2026) lists service contracts from S$128 to S$653 depending on unit count and frequency, available by phone or online form quote only.

Compare like with like
A basic clean, chemical wash and dismantled overhaul can cover different work. Ask each provider exactly what is cleaned, whether dismantling is included, and what diagnosis supports the recommendation. Compare gas top-ups, outdoor-unit cleaning and access charges separately.
Before confirming
- Does the package fit your unit type and capacity?
- Is the price for one unit or the whole system?
- What is payable if you decline the repair after diagnosis?
- Must additional work be approved before it starts?
- What happens if the same fault returns?
Read chemical wash versus general servicing, then compare aircon providers using the same scope.
