Highly recommended. Locked out of house at 8pm, and Mr Koh came within 30mins to help unlock my dead battery digital lock. He told me what he will do before proceeding with the work. He even ensured that my batteries are all changed before closing up and leave.

Lack knowledge of mechanical lock system and only push to replace; easy way out. Engaged service to repair lockset. After dismantled with without thorough inspection concluded lockset failed and need replace new. More of a general handy man service to dismantle and replace. Cannot pass as locksmith.

Very satisfied with the service! Locksmith came to unlock our bedroom, which the spring lock was broken. He managed to change and install a new handle under less than 30 minute. We were quite impressed and satisfy with the service!

Honestly, I would have given a full review for their promptness when we realised our door was not working on both sides. Called them at 5:55am and they arrived about 6:31am - just FYI the person I spoke to was not the same as the person who came. As you can see from the photo, was quoted $120 to open the door and $150 to change our door handle. Paid and the person left at 6:43am but at 7am, the main guy (assuming the boss) now-deleted text to say he would charge $80 for the opening. While i don’t have the proof of the now deleted message, it’s clear from my messages that are not edited that my replies clearly indicated a suitable reply. Man didn’t even bother replying or covering up with a lame excuse or something. So while everything went relatively smoothly, this is a one star review for a service rendered that felt dishonest without integrity. Lesson learnt to have it in black and white but hope others don’t get the same experience as me.

Very fast and efficient with no questions asked. Even though it was at a very congested area, locksmith didn't grumble and did his work in less than 5 minutes. Price was also reasonable at no hidden cost. Do contact them if you're ever locked out of your car 👍🏼

Super reliable! We were locked out and called him at midnight. The locksmith said will reach in 30 mins and he did, also fixed the lock in 5 mins. The price is reasonable as well given the prompt and smooth service.

Person was replying very slow and came very slowly. Came and said my lock had to be broken. But all they did was clamp the handle and push it and charged me $70 for it. After that, they wanted to charge me another amount to replace the mechanism inside. (which i suspect is their marketing gimmick)

Excellent. Called at 7.27PM, arrived 8.05PM. Door unlocked by 8.30. Could’ve been faster if the tools had been more powerful, but all good. It’s some uncle business so don’t expect white glove texting - call them! the price is reasonable at $150 for digital lock.

I am unable to comment about the actual repair service/pricing, but when my door lock was stuck and could not open at 11pm, I called the number and and the uncle on the other end gave me some suggestions to attempt to fix the door. After following the suggestion, we were able to fix the door lock by ourselves! Glad to have found this company!

Sorry to give this review. Hope that you can understand what I went through. Really frustrated, although I agreed on breaking the door. Yet, think that there could have been some others who can do better.

I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with service. Enduring a wait of over 1.5 hours was bad enough, but the constant assurances and false promises during my repeated calls added insult to injury. Discovering that they hadn't even departed after such an extended wait has left me thoroughly disappointed and inconvenienced. This level of unreliability is unacceptable and has significantly tarnished my experience.

Locksmith arrived in around 45mins. Dude prolly could have reach earlier but intelligence spotted him idling for at least 5mins nearby…. Anyway, locksmith tried to pick the lock but failed prolly cos internals are rusty… in the end resorted to breaking the lock. Amount collected tally the quoted price on WhatsApp. Offered to replace the lock but I’m able to replace myself. Dude didn’t try to push service after that. Gave verbal tips on ways to child proof other locks at home. Would have given 5 stars if they can arrive within 30mins.
